Un paradiso alle Pendici del Conero
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare e dalle splendide Sirolo e Numana
Vista mare e sul paesaggio incantevole, tranquillità assoluta
Claudia é semplicente perfetta nell'offrire tutte le indicazioni del caso, a farti sentire a casa ed é molto simpatica
Colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi di alta qualità,e sempre varia

Just perfect. A short drive from the coast on a private, cozy road. The accomodations are exceptional and the hostess is top notch. Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. And an amazing homemade breakfast. Wonderful.

בעלת המקום קלאודיה מקסימה ועונה בסבלנות רבה על כל שאלה. המתחם והחדרים משופצים ונקיים להפליא. החדר מרווח, המקלחת ענקית והמיטה גם גדולה וגם מאוד נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר במרפסת שצופה לנוף מדהים הייתה חוויה נעימה וטעימה ביותר. אחרי שחלקנו למקום כל כך הרבה שבחים אין ספק שהוא ראוי לציון המכסימלי עשר!!!

Eine Unterkunft mit Herz.
Pros:

Einfach alles. Sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und wärmstes Empfangen und Begleiten durch die Gastgeberin! Ausserdem wird das Frühstück mit feinsten selbstgemachten Speisen serviert.

Tutto...l'ospitalità, la cortesia, la gentilezza e l'attenzione agli ospiti sempre in primo piano. Le colazioni con prodotti freschi e preparati dalla titolare sono state impeccabili e gustose, completava il cerchio una meravigliosa vista collinare fronte mare ed una struttura ordinata, pulita e silenziosa...Se da una vacanza si desidera un ottimo ricordo, qui ci sentiamo di dire che è il posto giusto.

Pros:

La proprietaria della struttura ti ospita, con la sua grazia e la sua disponibilità, in una dimora storica di pregio, curata nei dettagli sia all’esterno che all’interno e circondata da una natura di indiscutibile bellezza.
La camera è accogliente e il bagno di buone dimensioni, mentre la colazione, servita con prodotti fatti in casa e in un dehor esterno con vista mozzafiato, è a mio parere indimenticabile.

Cons:

Sebbene non siano stati particolarmente fastidiosi, di tanto in tanto dalla nostra stanza si sono sentiti rumori di auto e moto in transito data la vicinanza alla strada.

Pros:

Posto stupendo e proprietaria super gentile, vi sentirete coccolati. Villa immersa nel verde e stanze super pulite. Poco distante da Sirolo e dalle principali spiaggie (potrebbero essere raggiunti a piedi ma si necessita comunque di un mezzo di trasporto, la strada non presenta marciapiedi).
