Pros:

Otel fiyat performans yönüyle gayet güzeldi. Konum olarak da aracı olan için bir sıkıntı olmaz ancak navgasyonun getirdiği yol biraz tuhaf ona yapacak bir şey yok. Eski çarşıya yürüme mesafesi 15-20 dakika. Temizlik yönüyle iyiydi, gittiğimiz tarih sebebiyle olsa gerek kafeteryası çok aktif değildi. Aslında çok güzel bir alanı var biraz daha düzenlense harika olur. Yine de Üsküp deneyimimiz için memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Tavsiye de edebiliriz 😊

Pros:

Bir otel ne kadar kusurluysa burası da öyle. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ne olur gelmeyin. Odaları leş gibi başlık dahi yok musluklar yapış yapış duşa kabini söyleyemiyorum bile paranızı çar çur etmeyin gece 11 geldik. Giriş katı bize vermişler camlarda daki koruma yok dışarıya bu kadar özen vereceğinize odalara bakın.

Das Hotel selbst war sauber, schön und hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die ich sehr schade fand.

Enttäuschend war, dass es im Hotel keinerlei Möglichkeit gab, Getränke zu bekommen. Auch das angrenzende Restaurant war bereits seit längerer Zeit geschlossen. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich zumindest eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kaffeeautomaten oder einen Wasserspender erwartet.

Auch bei der Zimmerreinigung war ich enttäuscht. Nach drei Tagen bat ich darum, mein Zimmer zu reinigen, da ich frische Handtücher benötigte. Als ich abends zurückkam, waren lediglich das Bett gemacht und die Duschtücher gewechselt worden. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, der Balkon nicht kontrolliert und auch der Tisch wurde nicht gewischt.

Insgesamt ein schönes und sauberes Hotel, aber bei der Zimmerreinigung und dem fehlenden Getränkeangebot besteht meiner Meinung nach noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

My stay was far from what I expected.
Pros:

I like the fact that the room was spacious, functional WiFi and it was a quiet place. The room was also clean.

Cons:

The receptionist was barely at his/her desk. I had to wait for up to 30 minutes on the check in day because there was no one at the desk and calls were not picked. I had an occasion where I also had to wait 30 minutes to pick my key because there was no one at the reception desk. On the 1’st day I did not have toilet paper or disposable cups in my room for breakfast. I had 2 days where my room wasn’t cleaned! I don’t recommend it at all!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from restaurants, so it can be slightly inconvenient if you want to go out for food. Unfortunately, the hotel’s pizza place and bar/lounge were not operating during our stay, which would have been convenient to have on-site.
