Todellinen löytö!
Pros:

Ihana paikka, joka ylitti odotukset. Pysähdyimme yhdeksi yöksi ohikulkumatkalla. Kaunis ranta- ja terassialue ja siitä näkymä Päijänteelle. Ystävällinen ja rento henkilökunta, joka jaksoi palvella ystävällisesti vaikka huonekoodin kanssa oli ongelmia tullessa ja kassajärjestelmä kaatuikin pe iltana. Aamusauna ja allas kuului huonehintaan, mikä oli tosi kiva seuraavana aamuna. Todella siisti huone, pienehkö mutta aivan riittävä kaksistaan matkustavalle. Aamiainen riittävän monipuolinen, gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja saatavilla eri pyynnöstä (myös ravintolan puolella!). Kaikenkaikkiaan kiva löytö ja varmasti tulemme uudestaan!

Pros:

Kaunis paikka upealla paikalla. Ihana vanha talo, jossa majoitus. Sauna ja uima-allas kivoja.

Cons:

Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa on parantamisen varaa. Pienillä asioilla saisi niin paljon parempaa asiakaspalvelua esim. kahvilassa työntekijä tuntee tuotteet ja osaa kertoa niistä asiakkaille.

Paikka on kaunis, terassi- ja allasalue mukavat. Huone oli siisti. Sängyt hyvät. Aamiainen oli myös riittävä.

Cons:

Huone oli todella kuuma vaikka ilmalämpöpumppu puhalsi kylmää. Ilma ei kulkeutunut makuuhuoneeseen. Meille sattui myös sateinen sää vierailulle, jolloin hotellissa ei ollut mitään tekemistä. Ravintolan sisätilat olivat aika ankeat. Kaikkia ruokia ei ollut saatavilla vaikka hotelli oli täynnä! Paikka oli pienoinen pettymys.

Kaunis miljöö, tyylillä sisustettu sviitti. Erittäin hyvä sänky nukkua. Hiljaista mikä oli superhieno juttu.

Cons:

Saavuimme reilusti sisäänkirjausajan jälkeen mutta silti siivousta ei ollut edes aloitettu sviitissämme. Kurja yllätys ovea avatessamme. Kirjautumisvaiheessa ei henkilökunta edes tiennyt ettei siivousta ollut tehty. Jouduimme odottelemaan reilun tunnin.

The location is imazing, the lake and view is so nice.

Cons:

Due to maintenance work on the pipes, there was a water outage during our stay. Water and electricity are essential services when staying at a hotel, so this negatively affected our experience. As a result, we were not completely satisfied with our stay. We also felt that the breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options.

Majestic location
Pros:

The accommodation is in a majestic location with lovely lake views and so peaceful. Friendly reception on arrival, the manager was kind enough to provide a complementary update to the Anja luxury, a ground floor apartment with its own terrace and lake views. The apartment was very spacious with large sofa area, dining table, small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and hob, coffee peculator and kettle. Two separate bedrooms and bathroom with good shower. Great fluffy bed robes were an added bonus.
Breakfast the following morning was simple but met all basic needs with hot options, plus yoghurt, porridge, juice, bread, meats, cheese and tea/coffee.
The quiet peaceful location is the great attraction of this place.

Cons:

There are no evening dining options so we had a meal on the way there.
