Pros:

My room (224) was in the new building. It was larger than I expected with a lobby containing a sizeable wardrobe and a separate bathroom and WC to the side. The bedroom was a further separate room with double bed and single bed and a balcony with view over the parking area and village beyond. There was a TV and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. It was very good value for money and check-in was straightforward. The rooms are accessed via a key code. Aircon worked well.
