A lovely hotel with stunning views
Pros:

A warm and helpful reception- all staff were charming. Our room was a good size and excellent and although we had only a street view from our balcony, the communal terrace gave spectacular views across to the Caucasus mountains. Bathroom a good size with good quality toiletries. Kettle in the room plus tea & coffee, plus a refillable bottle to use the water cooler. Breakfast good with a number of hot dishes. We chose to eat in their restaurant in the evening. Menu on a QR code which we can use but it is not guest friendly as one is back and forth. Paper menu preferable! Not much in the way of vegetarian options. However, the food was of a good quality.

Un bonito hotel muy recomendable en un lugar ideal para descansar

Un hotel muy recomendable. Instalaciones muy acogedoras. Muy coqueto. Magnifica habitación. Un lugar para estar y relajarse. Ideal para visitar toda Kajetia, que nos ha encantado. El espacio exterior del hotel es ideal para disfrutarlo.

Cons:

Nos ha gustado todo. Apuntar un pequeño detalle: nosotros somos clientes que respetamos mucho la labor de los profesionales y entendemos su trabajo. Si hay un malentendido (igual por un tema de comunicación) , la profesional tiene que percibir la situación y no entrar a polemizar, intentando tener la razón frente al cliente. Resulta desagradable. Un mal entendido no es objeto de polémizar (a nosotros no nos importa asumir el coste de un plato servido de más en el restaurante pero no nos gusta que en una situación concreta nos sintamos interpelados continuamente). No se trata de llevarse la razón. resulta impetuoso . La profesional tiene que ser consciente de su rol siempre que exista respeto del cliente, (y nosotros lo somos) Esto es aprendizaje.

The Best stay you can have in Telavi!
Pros:

The most amazing place to stay in Telavi. Excellent location, 10 mins walking from Telavi market and major attractions. Spacious rooms that are well thought of and designed keeping customer needs in mind. What stands out the most is the people running the show. Maya & her team were most helpful, accommodating & forthcoming to ensure our stay was truly memorable & comfortable. The boy & the girl at the bar were super amazing and treated us to a shot of the special cinnamon infused Chacha and gave suggestions on what to try & avoid in the market. Simply amazing people. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - Absolutely value for money, perhaps more!

Cons:

If i must find something & spell out, perhaps the TV in the room can have smart options so i can view my own YT/Netflix instead of seeing Russian channels juts for visuals ;)

Tolles Hotel - volle Empfehlung!
Pros:

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel und toll gestalteter Garten mit Pool. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie haben uns sogar bei einer Autopanne sehr hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Noch mal Danke dafür!
Außerdem hatten wir das Glück bei der Besitzerin des Hotels eine Weinprobe zu erleben. Ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs!
