Incredible value for an incredible city
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. The routine breakfast was exceptional every morning, backed up by good service. The hotel itself is very modern

Cons:

We couldn’t seem to work the smart TV, however we barely used it and made little attempt to work it out. The Sauna might need to be refurbished soon, could be 10• hotter

Hotel très bien équipé, bien placé mais qui mérite quelques améliorations (tabac, personnel)
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la route pour rejoindre l'aéroport. L'espace piscine et spa est très agréable. Les chambres et la literie sont très confortables. Les massages étaient de grande qualité (même si la masseuse de ma fille consultait son télephone portable posé sur ma fille sans désactiver les notifications qui vibraient pendant le massage ...)

Cons:

L'odeur du tabac est très désagréable et perçue dans les chambres. Par ailleurs, dans le restaurant il y a une partie veranda, dans laquelle le personnel fume ouvertement considérant qu'il s'agit d'un espace extérieur. Pourtant lorsque nous prenions notre repas, la veranda etait complètement fermée donc l'odeur et la fumée du tabac nous ont particulièrement incommodés. Au niveau du spa, il y avait des cendriers à disposition ce qui m'a beaucoup surpris, l'espace étant qualifié de non fumeur. Le personnel notamment au niveau du restaurant n'était pas très sympathique.

Struttura curata, bella piscina anche se con un'alta percentuale di cloro, staff disponibile e gentile

Qualche errore nella preparazione della camera, abbiamo trovato il cestino sul balcone pieno dei rifiuti degli ospiti precedenti, un po' confusionaria la colazione e forse i muri sono un po' sottili...
