The location l, it was just a 15 minutes walk to the centre. Also there was 24hr reception. That was making it easy for me to come and leave at my one schedule. The room was clean and good! The people where very kind and friendly!
It would be fun if there where more people just chilling and drinking coffee at the restaurant. If that would be, we would sit there more often and chat to the people in the hotel. Maye if there was a breakfast buffet, it would help?
Just the bed was ok
The property accepts cash only (euros) and gave back change in Euro coins which wasn’t helpful as they didn’t have notes. They weren’t flexible about how I could pay despite advertising they have EFTPOS card facilities onsite. It made it really difficult for me. It was also opposite a prison looking facility and not at all luxurious as advertised. They also didn’t have airport transfer facilities and simply gave me a WhatsApp number for an external taxi company to contact

Tout , ce fut catastrophique :
-Personnel incompétent, qui n’a aucune expérience, compétence et est incapable de donner la moindre information, ne serait-ce qu’à des questions aussi simple que l’horaire du petit-déjeuner, l’heure du check-out…
- Emplacement affreux, l’hôtel est en face d’une prison (d’où le nom de l’hôtel, égale à celui de la prison) la chambre a une toute petite fenêtre qui a les mêmes barreaux que les fenêtres de la prison d’en face.
- Chambre très mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel, si vous avez le malheur d’avoir un des hôte d’une chambre qui va aux toilettes la nuit, sachez que le bruit va vous réveiller.
-Obligation de payer en espèces alors que cela n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation.
-Pas de possibilité de laisser les valises quelques heures après le check-out et aucune alternative proposée par la receptionniste .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is excellent, just 10 minutes away from the city center, and close to cafes, restaurants, and key attractions, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated the secure parking and the overall quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I had a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location is very close to the city center. Parking is usually difficult to find near the center, but this hotel offers secure parking, which is a big advantage. I would definitely stay here again.
