Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel, was sich in allem bemerkbar macht. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Inhaber stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt der Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimme warr sehr sauber und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr gut aufgehoben und kommen sicher wieder

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt,dann, dass es keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt. Das ist allerdings schon jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Ambiente des Hotels ist wunderschön, gepflegt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich und unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.

Super Hotel in einmaliger Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, auf Wunsch gab es frisch zubereitete Eiervariationen und auch Pancakes.
Die Lage oberhalb von Meran war einfach wunderschön.

Cons:

Es gab rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Wir waren dankbar für die Überraschung anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit. Der Tisch war mit einem wunderschönen Blumenstrauß dekoriert.
Außerdem hat uns sehr die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefallen, das Auto hatte auch Urlaub.

Es könnte ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer sein.

Ganz tolles Hotel

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite. La camera è molto bella e pulitissima. Posizione perfetta anche per raggiungere Merano in bus.

Cons:

Colazione non ricchissima ma comunque molto buona. Il ristorante consigliato dalla struttura ha poca scelta, discretamente buono.
