Paz y armonía
Pros:

Todo, pero lo que más me gustó del hotel fueron sus espacios al aire libre. Transmiten una increíble sensación de paz y armonía, convirtiéndolo en el lugar perfecto para desconectarse del estrés y relajarse. Sin duda, es un destino que recomendaría a quienes buscan tranquilidad y contacto con la naturaleza.
Además, el desayuno fue una experiencia muy agradable. Se notaba la creatividad en la presentación y en la variedad de los alimentos, haciendo que la mañana comenzara de una forma especial y deliciosa.

Cons:

Es difícil mencionar algo que no me haya gustado, porque realmente disfruté mucho mi estadía. Si tuviera que señalar un detalle, sería la ausencia de una cafetera y una nevera en la habitación, aunque reconozco que esto responde más a una preferencia personal que a una deficiencia del hotel.
Como alguien que toma café varias veces al día, me resulta muy práctico poder prepararlo en cualquier momento. Cabe destacar que el hotel sí ofrece café para la venta, por lo que nunca faltó la opción de disfrutarlo. En cuanto a la nevera, simplemente me habría resultado útil para mantener fríos algunos alimentos y bebidas durante la estancia.

maintenance stuff are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the area, waterfall, history of the hotel and lifted my spirits due to bring unhappy with my stay and the bad experience which the guest relations did not care about.

Cons:

Please do not visit this location if you are traveling solo as a woman. It is situated in the mountains, requiring a rental car to access the area and explore nearby sites. Be sure to return before 6:00 PM, as road signs are sparse and satellite navigation is unreliable due to poor signal coverage.

The accommodation is only suitable for a 2–3 day stay; staying longer feels like a waste of time. There is no air conditioning, making the rooms quite humid, and despite window nets, bugs frequently get inside. Additionally, the rooms get very cold at night with no heating, requiring you to bring your own extra blanket. Although staff claim to be available until 10:00 PM, no one is on-site after 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM, and attempts to contact the night manager via WhatsApp go unanswered.
