The Altmann is a well-kept, family-run hotel in the south of Vienna, close to main motorways, the SCS shopping centre, and running trails. The bus number 250 conveniently takes you to the S-Bahn stop Liesing, allowing easy access to the Riverside Shopping Centre and other attractions in the area.

Check In:
We would like to inform you that our reception is open for check-in until 21:00. For a later check-in, we need the IDs of the arriving people in advance via e-mail to office@hotel-altmann.at , we will be happy to send you a code for the self-check-in and all necessary information. If you want to check-in on Sunday, please inform the property in advance of your expected time of arrival, as the reception is not constantly staffed. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Parking:
The parking facilities in front of our house are public. As the whole of Vienna is a short-term parking zone, you need a parking card for your car from Mon-Fri 9:00 - 22:00, except holidays.
There is 1 parking card per room available, this costs € 5.- per calendar day, a reservation is not necessary.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Sehr gut - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Küchenzeile in einem Hotel ungewöhnlich und sehr praktisch zum Getränke kühlen. Sehr freundliches Personal und der Chef hat sich Zeit für ein ausführliches Gespräch mit Tipps genommen. Sehr guter Kaffee! Anreise nach 21h haben wir telefonisch abgestimmt und war mit dem Schlüssel-Safe kein Problem.

Wir kommen gern wieder ,alles super gelaufen…
Pros:

Wir haben uns ausgeruht, Bett ist erstklassig, Badezimmer sehr groß , dass haben wir nicht erwartet , danke an personal so nett waren alle 👍🏼😍

Cons:

Meckern soll man nicht weil man kann aussuchen wer will mehr bezahlen bitte schön, da ist ein Hotel was du zahlst das bekommst 🤗

Pros:

Sehr sauber. Gutes Bett. Ruhige Lage. Super Asia Restaurant 400m entfernt.

Cons:

Randlage, weite Wege mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt und als Touri keine Termine hat ist es aber kein Problem 😊.

Quiet hotel in a cozy neighborhood
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel during the Eurovision week was good and cozy. Breakfast was fine, the room was comfortable, the area was quiet and green. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. We would like to express the special thank you to the hotel worker Mladenka. Thank you for your immediate and professional assistance during a critical situation. Mladenka helped us call an ambulance and stayed with us until she was sure that the medical team had taken care of me, because I was in a semi-conscious state and had to be admitted to intensive care. It later turned out that I had serious heart problems.
We are deeply grateful for her compassion, support, and genuine concern during such a difficult moment. This is true humanity and professionalism, and we will always remember it.

Pros:

Gute Klimaanlage, ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus.
Sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine kleine Wasserflasche als Geschenk des Hauses.
Lage ziemlich weitab vom Schuss, was aber für mich gut war, da ich in der Nähe zu tun hatte.

Cons:

Das Bett... 😫 Viel zu hart (und ich mag normalerweise eher harte Matratzen!), unbequem.
Kissen fühlte sich an, als wären 500 zusammengeklumpte Wattebällchen reingestopft worden. Leider überhaupt kein guter Schlafkomfort.
Da besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf.

Solides, preiswertes Hotel
Pros:

Die sauberen, ordentlichen Zimmer zur Seitenstraße sind relativ ruhig (etwas Straßen- und Fluglärm). Die Hauptstraße (Breitenfurter Straße als Adresse des Hotels) hingegen ist tagsüber stark befahren. Die Zimmerfenster kann man öffnen, und es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist karg, aber preiswert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind rekativ klein und es gibt nur 1 Stuhl im Zimmer. In den Zimmern liegt Teppichboden. Es dauert morgens sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser in der Dusche läuft. Es stehen wenige, kostenpflichtige, öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung, private Parkplätze gibt es nicht. Die Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt von Wien liegt dicht am Hotel, allerdings muß man in Liesing in die Bahn umsteigen. Unpraktisch ist, daß die Tageskarte von Wien nur ab oder bis Liesing gilt. Für den Bus vom Hotel nach Liesing und umgekehrt, muß man extra 3,20 € pro Fahrt bezahlen. Die Fahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt dauert 45 - 60 min.

Pros:

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Od samego początku Obsługa Hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Pomimo bariery językowej, udzielono nam mnóstwa wskazówek, na każdym kroku mogliśmy liczyć na życzliwość, zrozumienie, oraz sympatyczną atmosferę. W samym pokoju czyściutko, schludnie, wszystko tak jak trzeba. Jak najbardziej polecam pobyt w Hotelu Altman i serdecznie pozdrawiam i dziękuję za udany pobyt 😊
