Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt - mal was anderes als ein "normales" Hotel!
Pros:

Die Grätzlhotels sind keine klassischen Hotels, sondern im Grunde einzelne Zimmer, die in einem bestimmten "Grätzl" (Wiener Stadtviertel) liegen. Die Zimmer haben einen direkten Zugang von der Straße und sind ebenerdig. Es gibt ein Büro - dort muss man hin, um einzuchecken (kann man aber auch online machen). Man kann dort sein Gepäck abgeben, falls man sehr früh ankommt und sein Zimmer nicht direkt beziehen kann. Das Personal hat uns sogar angeboten, unser Gepäck direkt in unser Zimmer zu bringen, da wir abends erst sehr spät wieder zurückgekommen sind. Das Zimmer selbst war verhältnismäßig groß und modern, wir hätten uns dort auch Kaffee kochen können.
Es hat alles gepasst und wir würden wiederkommen!

Nett gedacht, aber stickig. Nicht noch mal.
Pros:

Sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Bett ist angenehme und die Matratze gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, an einem kleinen Platz und nahe am Belvedere. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Betreibern.

Cons:

Das schlimmste ist, dass es kein richtig zu öffnendes Fenster gibt und keine Klimaanlage. D.h. es ist stickig und heiß. Die einzige Art zu lüften, ist die Eingangstür offen zu lassen, was tagsüber natürlich nicht möglich ist. Ja, es gibt einen (sehr lauten) Standventilator - aber das ist keine Lösung.

Located nr Railway Station and easy access by bus/tram to centre. Good instructions for access. The shower was beautifull tiled and spacious

Cons:

The facilites were very limited. The aspect was dark - some walls painted black - and there was nowhere to sit and have even a take away meal, let alone any cutlery or plates. There was only one teaspoon; one wine glass; one tumbler! The fridge felt warm and there was no temperature control. The apartment was right on the street so not ideal for opening windows. Without a/c we relied on a fan and this became noisy if set at lower speeds. Any surfaces were covered (there was a tv and typewriter on the small desk), with little storage for clothes. Finally, the electrics were suspect: as soon as we walked in and used the main lighting switch, the whole system tripped out. Luckily I guessed what had happened, used our mobile phone torches and found the consumer unit (in the toilet of all places!) and reset the system.

The location was excellent.The room spacy and clean,renovated with care

Cons:

It's a basement ,former shop probably.So I think it's should be less expensive.Also I didn't like the guarantee I was asked a few days before our accommodation.

Es war erfrischend spannend und anders - für mich perfekt
Pros:

Ich mag das Konzept der Nachnutzung von Geschäftsflächen - auch wenn es nicht den üblichen Hotelkomfort bietet (ich brauche den nicht).

Cons:

Haken für zweites Handtuch, Podest fürs Bett ist eine Stolperfalle und hat keinen Nutzen, man könnte auch den Straßenlärm als störend empfinden weil es sich wie neben dem Bett anfühlt (für mich kein Problem)
