Pros:

Todos los días reponían el café de la habitación y dejaban la habitación ordenada y limpia (cambios de toalla incluido)

Cons:

No había agua normal en la nevera, solo con gas.

Tolle Lage, das Zimmer könnte ein makeover vertragen und das Frühstück leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Die gute Lage im Innenstadtring

Cons:

Das Frühstück war kaum genießbar. Das Gebäck trocken und alles andere 08/15. wir sind dann ausgewichen. Schade.

Pros:

La pensione si trova in un bellissimo elegante palazzo. La nostra camera quadrupla, molto grande, con balcone vantava una splendida vista. Ottima posizione, da cui si può tranquillamente girare tutto il centro a piedi, ed è comoda anche ai mezzi pubblici. Personale gentile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in, sia dopo il checkout, il che è molto comodo. A disposizione in camera anche il bollitore con tè e caffè. All'arrivo sui cuscini abbiamo trovato dei mini wafer, molto apprezzati.

Cosy place to stay and explore Vienna from.
Pros:

We liked the location and the conveniences it brought for our family. The parking garage under the property, the accessibility of the property with a stroller. We were really pleased and will probably chose them in the future.

I would not recommend this place for what you get.
Pros:

Only location. Close to the Metro station.

Cons:

The receptionist was only available in the morning. The price you pay is extremely high for what you get. The room is very very small even for 1 person. I would not recommend this place if you are staying more than 1 or 2 nights. It was very disappointing.
