Posizione comoda ma non bisogna aspettarsi molto

La posizione molto comoda per il centro storico.

Cons:

La doccia era otturata. Il bagno non era pulitissimo e andrebbe rinnovato. Le asciugamani macchiate.

Grande chambre, localisation centrale.

Cons:

Pas de ménage quotidien dans les chambres (8 jours sans un coup de ménage, juste la poubelle vidée une fois)
Petit-déjeuner bon mais très cher (14€/personne)
Oreillers à changer, peu de maintien, mauvaise qualité.
Manque d’une machine à café dans la chambre.

Pros:

Room was clean with lots of spaces. Location is close to Metro and 10- 15 min walk to the city center. The option to order breakfast was good, but we did not order it, since there are many cafe and grocery store Billa nearby. Area is quiet, surrounded by big buildings

Cons:

The drain in the shower doesn't drain water properly so we found lots of hair in standing water

Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft mit netter Kommunikation
Pros:

Die Lage, einfaches ein-und aus checken, schnelle Kommunikation per email, gemütliches Bett

Cons:

Das WC, Bettdecke nicht ganz sauber, ein Kaffeepulver für jeden Morgen wäre auch schön gewesen (3 statt zwei)

Very helpful staff but incredibly overpriced for what you get. Building gave me the creeps
Pros:

Very quiet with a comfy bed. Elevator worked thank goodness, it’s on the fifth floor.

Cons:

Room needs some serious work. Incredibly outdated and run down. And honestly way over priced for the quality of the facilities.

Pros:

WE had not been promised early check in but on arriving at 10.30am (after a night on a sleeper train), we were able to access our room, brilliant.
There was a mix up re breakfast booking (you were told to phone re this, I messaged and my message was apparently not received). However, we were delighted with the breakfast we bought close by, so not such a bad thing!

Breakfast booking, staff available longer hours.
