Pros:

People were very nice and friendly, the swimming pool is very big, the sea is just in front of the hotel, breakfast was complete, the location is very practical with restaurants and shops close by.

Basen super, plaża piękna.
Pros:

Położenie blisko plaży i basen na terenie obiektu to największe atuty. Schodzisz i masz basen, przechodzisz przez ulicę i masz piękną plażę z leżakami.

Cons:

Na plaży przysługuje jeden parasol i dwa leżaki na pokój. Więc różni się różni ta informacja, jest problem jeśli pokój goszczą 3 osoby lub więcej. Pokój z małym oknem z moskitierą, brak możliwości suszenia w pokoju ręczników. Toaleta pod prysznicem jednak jest najgorszym aspektem. Śniadania poprawne, były poprostu, więcej się nie da napisać na ich temat.

Enttäuschend für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der gemeinsame Pool, den sich vier Hotels teilen. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt und macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck.

Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Besonders angenehm sind die kostenlosen Liegen sowie die schöne Strandbar. Außerdem befinden sich mehrere gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man eine gute Auswahl an Möglichkeiten zum Essen hat.

Leider können diese positiven Aspekte die genannten Mängel im Zimmer nicht vollständig ausgleichen. Insgesamt hätte ich von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel deutlich mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus dem Zimmer oberhalb deutlich mitbekommt, gerade bei der Toilettenspülung. Zudem kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Badezimmer.

Störend ist auch der Sicherungskasten, der etwa alle 30 Sekunden ein deutlich hörbares Klackgeräusch verursacht – gerade nachts sehr unangenehm und störend.

Auch bei geöffneten Fenstern ist an Erholung kaum zu denken, da die direkt vor dem Hotel verlaufende Straße sehr laut ist. Die erhoffte frische Meerluft kann man bei dieser Lärmbelastung praktisch nicht genießen.

Für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen sind solche Zustände aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere bei der Zimmerqualität, der Geruchsneutralisierung und der technischen Ausstattung.

Sköna avslappnade sista dagar på vår semester
Pros:

Rymligt rum och trevligt rum. Familjeägt hotell med otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam värd. Vi bodde 5 nätter, utnyttjade poolen mest då vi varit vid runt på olika ställen innan. Poolen delas med andra hotell men det fanns alltid plats och jag upplevde poolen som lugn, många väljer nog havet först. Toppen med en liten supermarket i samma hus. Bra frukost men vissa saker saknade vi, tex scrambled eggs, bacon och alternativ som inte är så sött.

Cons:

Toaletten var placerad inne i duschen vilket kanske inte var så bekvämt. Området runt omkring är inte så mysigt som andra ställen i Albanien men hotellet är det inget fel på.

We came as guests, left with wonderful memories, and hope to return one day !
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Hesperus Hotel in Orikum and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is perfect for families or couples. Our days naturally split into two enjoyable parts: the beach in the first half of the day and the swimming pool in the second. The dedicated baby pool is also a great addition for families with younger children. The sandy beach with FREE sunbeds and towels was fantastic, and our kids absolutely loved spending hours playing in the pool. It offered something for everyone in the family.

What truly makes this place special is the family that runs it. Their hospitality and willingness to help are exceptional. During our stay, I noticed a scratch on my car, and the owner went above and beyond by personally accompanying me to a mechanic, helping get the damage assessed, and arranging a cost estimate. That level of care and personal attention is rare and very much appreciated.

The location is another big advantage. There are many nice restaurants nearby where you can enjoy dinner, and the promenade is great for an evening walk by the sea after a relaxing day at the beach or pool. Vlore is about 20 mins drive to explore the city.

Considering the excellent facilities, beachfront location, generous breakfast, and most importantly the outstanding hospitality, this is a place we would gladly book again. Thank you to the entire family for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the bathroom layout. The toilet is located inside the shower area, which means it gets wet after showering and can be a bit inconvenient to use. The toilet paper holder is also difficult to reach because of the glass partition, so you need to grab the roll before sitting down. That said, I understand these may not be easy changes to make, and they did not significantly affect our overall experience.

A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent service highly recommended!

The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a stunning pool area that quickly became the highlight of our stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect close to the beach and local restaurants, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. Our room was spacious, modern, and offered a lovely view, making it feel like a home away from home.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger, especially around the pool area. Breakfast options were good but could benefit from a bit more variety for longer stays. These were minor points compared to the overall experience.
