Ein äußerst enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit erheblichen hygienischen Mängeln, Lärmbelästigung und so großem Unwohlsein, da

Positives hervorzuheben. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in keinem Punkt erfüllt.

Cons:

Unser Apartment befand sich nicht im eigentlichen Hotel, sondern in einer Seitengasse. Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche, war von Schimmel befallen und insgesamt wirkte alles sehr unhygienisch. Obwohl der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel liegt, befindet sich etwa 50 Meter entfernt ein Abwasserkanal, der ins Meer führt. Nach dem Baden haben wir Magen-Darm-Beschwerden bekommen und waren zwei Tage lang krank. Ob dies direkt damit zusammenhängt, können wir nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, der Zustand vor Ort war jedoch sehr bedenklich.

Zusätzlich war es nachts extrem laut, da sich unser Zimmer neben einer Lagerhalle befand. Die Zimmeraufteilung war ebenfalls sehr schlecht: Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur den unteren Bereich, während es oben stickig und heiß war. Es gab außerdem keine Fenster, die sich öffnen ließen, um frische Luft hereinzulassen. Der Service war ebenfalls enttäuschend, da die Mitarbeiter auf uns unfreundlich wirkten und sich bei Anliegen sehr viel Zeit ließen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet und bereits am 03.08. abgereist sind.

En niet ver van de stad zelf
Personeel was zeer behulpzaam met alle vragen

Cons:

De kamer van ons had enkel 1 airco onder en boven waren de bedden dus in de zomer heeel warm moeilijk om te slapen

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment disponible et sympathique. La chambre était très spacieuse. Nous avons très bien dormi, il n'y avait pas de dérangement.

Cons:

L'emplacement est dernière le bâtiment, zéro vu et j'ai l'habitude que les hôtels en albanie soient extrêmement propre. Celui ci n'était pas aussi propre.
