A very nice and polite staff who really tries to make you happy, I was pleasantly surprised by the guest service

It’s very loud music going from another hotel outside, it was impossible to sleep, I had to call the police to stop this hotel
The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean. A big advantage is that guests of Akra V can use all the facilities of the main Akra hotel without needing to travel anywhere else. The location is also very convenient for a holiday — there is a shopping mall nearby, many cafés and restaurants, as well as a nice walking and cycling path along the coast.
The hotel definitely feels quite tired and in need of renovation. The staff’s English level is quite limited. If the price was lower, it would be understandable, but considering the rates charged, I expected fresher rooms and a more welcoming level of service.
I would also like to mention the way the rooms are advertised as “sea view”. This can be misleading because you expect a proper sea view. Yes, you can see a small part of the sea in the distance, but in reality the main view from the rooms is the busy main road. The traffic noise is very loud throughout the day and night.
I would not recommend this hotel for light sleepers, as the noise can seriously affect your ability to rest.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et chaleureux. Les équipements et services sont simplement parfait. Tout s’est bien passer. Le personnel fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaires. Emplacement parfait. Petit déjeuner parfait. Merci à l’ensemble du personnel.
J’ai passé 7 jours à l’hôtel Akra V, et comment vous dire que le séjour était exceptionnel. Le personnel était incroyable, au petit soin et très disponible. Notamment l’hôte qui m’a accueillis, qui a été très à l’écoute mais également le jeune Gokudan la jeune femme au cheveux rouges à la réception (incroyablement gentille) et la femme de ménage Semra… La chambre était nickel, bien équipé, toujours très très propre et les services étaient de qualité. Incroyable et je reviendrais très certainement dans cet hôtel qui est vraiment bien située et à proximité des centres commerciaux, et à proximité (20 à 40) max de toutes les activités souhaitées. Merci beaucoup c’était magnifique.
