Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich net iets buiten het centrum maar het centrum is lopend in 10 min. te bereiken. De meer en vrije toegang tot laguna zijn ook op loopafstand. Het hotel is een prima 3-sterren hotel.

Cons:

Er was geen meeruitzicht maar een uitzicht op de huizen aan de andere kant van de straat.

Cons:

Colazione minimale con porzioni scarsissime. Bagno vecchissimo. Illuminazione nella camera praticamente inesistente, Avevamo prenotato un primo piano con balcone vista laguna e invece ci hanno dato un piano terra (formiche incluse) dicendo che le stanze da quattro erano solo al piano terra. Peccato che nelle prenotazioni non risulti così!

Excelente hotel, cuarto y viaje.
Pros:

El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado, a dos cuadras del centro y a una de la Laguna de 7 colores, la habitación tiene un balcón muy lindo con una vista preciosa, el desayuno es muy rico, el pan lo hornean en la mañana y es riquísimo, todo el desayuno estaba siempre delicioso.

vlakbij Bacalar meer
vriendelijke eigenares
goede bedden
ruime kamers
mogelijkheid om eten op te warmen
goed ontbijt

Cons:

er zijn geen ruiten in de kamer (wel luiken) wat maakt dat je lawaai van buiten hoort en van de nabije kamers (dit was eerder beperkt door rustige toerisme periode)

Bed could have been a little softer, too hard. I suggest maybe a memory foam mattress topper. Other than that no complaints.

Estoy enojada porque en la publicidad ofrecen un desayuno y la persona que me atendió dice que desde hace un año no está incluido y obviamente tuvimos que pagarlo en otro lado.

Will not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Centrally located to restaurants, lagoon, and laundry facilities.

Cons:

The king size bedroom I booked was too hot due to a faulty air conditioner. The replacement bedroom was better but the bed was too small. The second night was better but the shower was too hot and weak water pressure. Breakfast was not available and hotel appeared empty. The reception desk was friendly and did her best to help. The hotel needs maintenance and better service for the price charged.
