Un excellent hôtel pour plusieurs raisons :

1) la gentillesse du personnel qui fait tout pour nous rendre service et faire de notre séjour un bon moment. Je pense notamment a Jessie qui a ete adorable avec moi tout du long de mon séjour.

2) ma chambre (la chambre 12) était jolie, bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire

3) l'emplacement : l'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche du centre de Bacalar. De plus l''hôtel est a côté du rare ponton totalement gratuit (le balneario municipal el aserradero)

Pros:

Es un alojamiento muy bueno, cerca del centro y cerca de todo, siempre nos íbamos caminando a todos los sitios.
La atención de la chica de la recepción fue siempre muy amable.

Bonne excursion sur le lac dès 10h30
Pros:

La chambre était grande et propre,claire.
Eau et nés café à disposition .

Cons:

Le bruit extérieur tôt le matin car aucune vitre aux fenêtres que du bois .
Ménage des 8heures le matin dans les escaliers donc bruit car aucune isolation des murs .
On entend aussi les voisins mais le soir c’était calme .Nous sommes restés 3 jours .

Gute Lage, sauber, freundlich:)
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, es gab Kaffee und Wasser gratis:) Die Lage, nahe zur Lagune ist sehr gut und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gibt leider kein Frühstück mehr:(

Belle pension de famille, personnel très bien, avec chaque jours une nouvelle représentation d'animaux faite avec les serviettes. Un peu loin du centre du village, mais faisable le soir sans problème...Lesvigenvadrouille
