Great stay
Pros:

Rooms and breakfast are so good and also close to the shopping Mall and cinema and great restaurants

Cons:

The hotel has put an ATM outside the entrance but it really needs some seating and a few tables while you are relaxing waiting for your taxi

Pros:

We love this place as this was our 5th time to stay here. The staff is really kind and helpful with every request we made even from the past bookings we had with them. They even upgraded our room this time!

Mooie luxe kamer. Groot zwembad en daar was niemand in, dus 3 dagen privé zwembad gehad

Cons:

Het was een beetje gekkig zo’n luxe zwembad direct naast een parkeerplaats en er waren maar 3 bedjes.

Breakfast was ok mainly asian chinese like. the rooms very luxury big with all amenities. very quite. parking easy.

Cons:

only the rroms with pool access on the groundfloor could use the secondary huge pool in the hotel. we had only pool view but now access. very long ways to go up and down the hotel. its a huge place with hundreds of chinese coming in by buses in the night. there are not many restaurants around this area.

Great location with great pool.
Pros:

Empty pool - had it to ourselves most days!
Proximity to airport, Bang Kapi shopping Mall, klong taxi and new overground train so great to get into Bangkok.
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Ollie, Irena and Sim. They even managed to get a taxi almost immediately even though it was raining hard.
Also Thai street food located just beyond the hotel entrance was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.
