Pros:

Les chambres sont simples mais tres bien optimisé, etablissement suffisemment grand pour ne pas etre trop perturbé par les voisins (je n’etais pas en pleine saison). En tout cas, j’ai vriament apprecié mon passage dabs cet hotel

Good enough
Pros:

Room is good. Small one but for a 2/3 days travellers it is one of the good choice in Bangkok. Staffs are very much friendly. Khao san road's night parties are very much close to this place. So enjoyed a lot.

Cons:

Rooms are smalls than other hotels. No lifts but its sometimes climbing stairs are good for health.

Pros:

Я просто отдыхал перед поездкой в аэропорт.Спасибо что можно курить на балконе. Я после перелетов из других стран ,просто отдыхал и спал 2 дня в отеле. Мне не интересно что там кругом. Я только в 7-11 зашёл и в ресторан один.

Disappointing
Pros:

The mattress and the a/c. The location

Cons:

Beware. We had 3 rooms. We found 2 of them almost wide open when we got back from our tour. Luckily nothing was missing.
This is the Khaosan Art hotel and Happio and Casa Picasso
You can eat breakfast much better with 6$ somewhere else
The photos are super edited. It is a hostel with private rooms. Everything is very old. A disappointment comparing to the photos. They also wanted to charge us 200 thb for an old towel with hair dye. Just wash it!
There are much better choices in this price

Pros:

L' accueil du personnel, serviable, souriant, gentil. Bon emplacement pour visiter. Tout à proximité. Le nettoyage de la chambre à la demande. La vue sur la rivière. Les draps et serviettes propres, la bouilloire, gel douche et shampooing fournis.

Cons:

5 ème étage sans ascenseur, mais la serviabilité du personnel pour monter mon bagage.
La vétusté de la chambre, des fourmis minuscules partout même dans le lit.
Le balcon : la peinture s'écaille de partout, des vis qui traînent, les lattes au sol à changer pour la sécurité, la porte qui demande à être réglée pour l'ouvrir normalement.
Extrêmement bruyant, on entend la circulation, les restaurants, les voisins peu respectueux à plus de 2h du mat...si vous voulez passer une nuit reposante, oubliez!

Great location
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to everything, not far from the temples and with many cafes, restaurants and shops around. I loved the location!

Cons:

If you’re staying for a short period of time, then this will be the perfect place. I found it quite noisy, because my room was right next to the stairs.
