En varias ocasiones me hospede en este lugar. Pero en esta ocasión nos asignaron una habitación pequeña sin ventana, televisor muy pequeño toallas viejas en mal estado, siempre solicitabamos des7no a la habitación y en esta ocasión no nos prestaron el servicio el jugo de naranja tenía un mal sabor, mucho ruido en la habitación tanto de los empeñados hablando fuerte como de la habitación del lado follando toda la noche y la madrugada

La variedad y disponibilidad de alimentos en el desayuno podría mejorar.
Como sugerencia, podrían tener el menú o las opciones de alimentos como una lista escrita en inglés para los huéspedes que no hablan español. Así se facilita la interacción.

We landed at 3 am and checking in in the middle of the night was not a problem. The location is great, with loads of cafes and eateries. The transmilenio is around the corner. The staff are really lovely. A really nice place and bonus points for the hotel cat.

I liked the convenient location, a short walk away from some of the best restaurants in Zona G - the streets feel safe to walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place is very secure and your items will be safe. I had room number 24 which was small, but cozy, kept clean, and comfortable as a young man travelling alone. Overall, I am quite pleased with my stay.
The only thing I would suggest is to make your breakfast portions more generous.
Great location, bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was not good. Upon check in they forgot to put out hand towel and there was a big visible stain on the bed cover. Getting in and out of the hotel requires waiting for someone to let you in/out at all times, but there is frequently no one at the reception desk. It is not the staff’s fault as it seems they are understaffed but twice had to wait 20 minutes to be let out. (I could see they were busy with other things so they were not making me wait on purpose, but it was an archaic system in 2026). There is also only 1 person cooking breakfast so be prepared to wait a while. And they have a cat that lives in the property and is allowed to roam on common areas. I am very allergic and had no reaction in my room, but just a heads up.
