I will not stay there again. It is clean but not convenient dur to the flood.
Pros:

They always clean the room every other day.

Cons:

The location. When it rains, flood along the road going to the beach or in the road side. The way going to the hotel is not convenient. When I went home, it was flooding due to the rain and I have to carry my luggage up to my head and walk in the flood. No car or toktok can go inside.

The staff is friendly. Good location,close to the beach and shops.

Cons:

It was the most horror experience ever due the noise. Please note that the room have very thin walls this are partition room, you can hear even the breathing through the walls,the air conditioning was very smelly and very noisy like an airplane,but unfortunately u cannot sleep without it cas is very hot,no windows,. When we stay there the other rooms where booked and full with locals with kids running chatting all night long for 3 nights,we haven't had any sleep,we complained at the reception but we had been ignored. We left early cas we couldn't manage the noise and smell and asked booking for a refund.

Pros:

La ubicación y alguna gente del personal

Cons:

Quisimos renovar otra noche más y nos querían doblar el precio de la habitación diciendo que lo tenían disponibilidad y que tenía que ser en otra habitación de categoría superior cuando en Booking si daba y dejaba cogerla por el mismo precio

Nice quiet location, can be tricky lot find if you don’t know or ask, staff extremely helpful, beach front not to far away and near two small local stores and small canteen, Ideal place if your on a budget, do be advised if your not use to the Philippine way of bathing, customs and living then this might not be the place for you
