Had a very peaceful stay here and Marina was absolutely the best hostess.
Pros:

The facilities were exemplary - the kitchen and sitting/dining room were available for the use of the guests. Marina was a wonderful host, even taking care of our laundry whilst we were touring around. Beds were comfortable. This is the best guiesthouse we have stayed in during our visit to Georgia. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The shower needs to drain quicker. This was not a major issue as I managed to put pressure on the drain with my foot and this solved the problem. But this should be part of the cleaning staff's maintenance routine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the view was wonderful; the quiet atmosphere was another highlight. Maiko at the reception was very kind and helpful, and the night-shift staff member was also very helpful.

Fijne en lieve mensen en mooie kamer. De douche was heerlijk en een goed bed. Erg leuk balkon.

Cons:

Jammer dat de bar/ lounge niet uitnodigde om te gaan zitten en je er niet iets kon drinken of eten. Bij aankomst twijfelden we over de buurt maar dit viel uiteindelijk mee.

Pros:

Очень уютный тихий отель! Мы бронировали несколько номеров на большую компанию. Во всех номерах чисто, удобные матрасы на кроватях, балконы, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на горы. Очень вкусный завтрак. На первом этаже есть уютная гостиная, где можно посидеть за чашечкой чая! Отзывчивый персонал. Спасибо большое! Всем рекомендуем данное место.

Чистота, расположение. Внизу есть кухня/бар с камином, где можно приготовить завтрак самостоятельно (или попросить приготовить за отдельную плату)

Мы приятно провели время.
Pros:

Уютная небольшая гостиница.
Чисто, тихо, за окнами поют птицы.
Приветливый персонал.
Есть отопление.
Номер довольно просторный.
Есть кухня, которой могут пользоваться постояльцы. На кухне вся необходимая посуда для готовки.

Amazing cozy stay outskirts of the town Borjomi
Pros:

The rooms are comfortably equipped with necessary furniture and amenities, bathroom is spacious. They have an amazing shared kitchen for all guests on the basement floor, with a pleasant terrace, kitchen utensils, comfortable couch 🛋️ and even a small bar. They have an staff working the day and night shifts were friendly and helpful, especially Marina.

Cons:

Hard to tell what were the disadvantages.

Pros:

Though the hotel is a little bit far from the touristic area, we loved the location because it was very quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but very comfortable and well organised. The mattress was perfect. The room had a balcony looking to the mountains.

Cons:

The shower area in the bathroom was not isolated from the rest of the bathroom, which resulted the water leaking all over the bathroom floor. But overall this was a nice experience and definitely good value.
