Pros:

The facilities and room size was nice. Clean and cozy. The views from our room. Vlant was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Breakfast was a la cart. We didn't like quantity, quality and variety of it. Very disappointed! The room had a bad smell coming from the bath.

I don't understand the ratings

I don't have much to write here. Staff was friendly. Shower had good pressure.
Late check-in was easy, the view from one of our rooms was beautiful, but the other one, not really eve though they were both the same price.

Cons:

Probably won't stay here next time. I was expecting a bit more from a property that is reviewed almost 5 stars.

First of all, our rooms were both extremely hot- 26 degrees C. Couldn't sleep at night because of the heat.
Was expecting some hand lotion or a tissue, but all they had was soap and not even a tissue anywhere other than just toilet paper.
Our room had a funky smell that I noticed right upon arrival, and just couldn't get used to it. The other room smelled heavily like bleach.

Breakfast was ok, but I was also expecting it to be much better for the price and based on the reviews. Some ingredients are probably on the lower end. They don't even have decaf coffee. I really don't know why this place is rated so good.

We left for about 2 hours and had the Do Not Disturb turned on. They entered our room anyway, not sure why, but that was very odd. I had left the window slightly open because it was so unbearably hot in there, but they closed the window when they went in without our permission.

Pros:

Vlad was incredibly welcoming and always with such a positive, upbeat attitude. Every time I needed something, he was genuinely happy to help. His attentiveness and guest-oriented approach really stood out to me.
This hotel is always my first choice whenever I travel to Brașov. The location is unbeatable, with an incredible view over the old town and the city—it never fails to impress me.

Cons:

The only small thing I would suggest improving is the pillow, they’re quite small and thin.

Fräscht rymligt i bra läge med parkering
Pros:

Stort rymligt rum med vy över gamla stan. Rejält fräscht badrum. En riktigt bra frukost där man får beställa en rätt ur en meny, mättande fräscht och gott. Parkering har de om man bokar, ligger nära huset (50 m eller 0m beroende på). Trevligt bemötande. En kort promenad till hjärtat av gamla stan (10-15 minuter) där allt finns. Vackert område och gamla stan är fantastiskt fin.

Cons:

Sängen är i hårdaste laget, gillar man det är den bra men vill man ha en mjuk är den hård. Personligen hade jag gillat en strykbräda men det är ett mindre problem.
