A right cock up

Cons:

On arrival being told they could not find my booking had to show email from Toby with confirmation and then being told the room that was for me had been let to another guest who probably had the breakfast that I had paid for as well because the next morning was told I had not paid for one,but again showed the confirmation email and then told to carry on.

Great location for Soul Town Festival
Pros:

Housekeeping was excellent, the location was excellent for the Soul Town Festival, and check-in was very efficient

Cons:

Noisy fans running all night below the room, the bathroom was a little small, and I would have thought breakfast should be included at that price

Rooms were great, Staff were welcoming, however the food (breakfast) was a little poor - the food had been out for sometime, (i arrived at 7:30 to 7:45 each morning) as wasn't that pleasant.

Hotel room very clean but the bed spoilt the stay .

Easy one night stopover. Stay here for the location.
Pros:

Nice old pub building with rooms. Easy buffet breakfast.

Bed wasn’t overly comfy but only stayed one night so didn’t really have a chance to get used to it.

Pros:

I needed a late check-in, early hours of the morning (1:00am) & on my arrival there was a Night Porter on hand, who was so professional, courteous & totally empathetic to my late travel journey. He expedited my check-in consequently ensuring I was able to get to my room, settle & get some much needed sleep. Excellent Customer Service.
