Pros:

Some staff very friendly - one not so much. Special thanks to chef guy who let us in. He was lovely

It’s was very basic, who locks windows !!!

It was convenient location and had free parking

Cons:

The room was very small and the bathrooom was really old and no water pressure. The windows was locked and could not be opened during the hot weather . There was no air conditioning and no access to water. It was uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work and the towels looked old

Its was too hot, people shouldn't have been allowed to stay in that room my partner had a panic attack due to the heat no one got any sleep the next morning the staff said it was a regular complaint but it was extreme it was 40 degrees in the room

A lovely visit to a friendly place, perfectly situated
Pros:

Stayed three nights, room only, but had breakfast twice which was lovely. This was our second visit, the staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Our room was everything we needed.
The hotel is situated perfectly for our purposes.

Cons:

Our room was situated on the first floor, obviously the weather (heatwave) cannot be helped but add the weather to the fact that every door is a fire door so as such cannot be opened or left open, and the room window is secured with a safety cable, so can’t be opened beyond 6 inches, all this makes for an oppressively hot room.
The room had a fan in which was left running permanently which did little to cool the room it just moved the hot air about.

Great stay
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff..We stsyed to attend a local event and the girls at reception were super helpful and telling us how to best get to Crystal Palace. We were able to check in early 2pm.

Good location clean room but other things spoiled it . Plus scooter leaving late woke me up

The price and looking over the bins for £90 pounds with no breakfast had to shut the window. Plus mend the fan in the room. So not a good stay

A good base for exploring London and Attending Wimbledon
Pros:

We stayed here while visiting London and found the location very convenient. The hotel is close to Eden Park railway station, with direct trains on the Hayes line to London Bridge and Charing Cross. Elmers End is only one train stop away and offers a direct tram to Wimbledon, making it easy to reach different parts of London without using a car.
The hotel offers both half board and full board. We had breakfast included, which was served buffet-style every morning. It was a traditional English breakfast with good-quality food. Although there was no fresh fruit or cereals, we found the breakfast satisfying.
The parking area is large and convenient. Before arriving, we obtained confirmation from Transport for London TfL that our vehicle met the LEZ requirements, so parking outside central London was a good option. Keep in mind that driving into central London involves additional charges, and some tunnels and crossings are also subject to tolls.
One thing we particularly enjoyed was the surrounding area. Beckenham and Bromley are quiet, green suburbs with beautiful parks and peaceful streets, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day sightseeing in central London.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, especially in the room. The room was also quite warm, and a fan would have made it much more comfortable
