Good value and location
Pros:

Good location and generous sized well decorated room and bathroom.

Cons:

The one small fan would have made sleeping impossible during the heatwave, thankfully I’d planned ahead a d brought my own large fan.

Generally a very good stay. Helpful and friendly staff. A nice size room and well equipped.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were tidy and clean. A good size with a window to open if needed. The room was well equipped with furniture and hanging space, Tea and coffee and also a nice size TV.

Cons:

The mattress was slightly harder than we would choose, but not uncomfortable.
Also three or four stains on the bed cover which didn’t look nice.

Very good place to stay.
Pros:

All good, when working away a good place to stay.
Plenty of parking, the rooms are a good size and are clean.
Food is good and at a great price, Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Check-in is at the bar, you may have to wait at busy times.
It is a pub so there is a little noise.

Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean and good staff,very easy to get to find, good transport.

The only thing I can say is that the doors slam and is very load all times in the night.

Mostly excellent stay
Pros:

Easy check in and check out . Room clean
and comfortable. excellent comfort from the
mattress .

Cons:

Parents not managing their 4 children who were running around the restaurant and we were concerned about safety in terms of accidents around hot plates and falling over . This was very concerning and we felt the management should have advised the parents about this.

Very poor, expected a lot better from a Toby carvery

Waited 10 mins to see someone to check in,
Also someone dropped a glass near me while I was waiting to check in and drink and glass went on my shoes and didn’t even get an apology.
Wasn’t greeted very well on check in. The room was very hot and had to ask for a fan, when I was told there is a fan in the room. Which was a very small fan. Toilet seat stained and toilet flush not flushing properly.

Beckenham stay
Pros:

Friendly staff with easy checking and checkout. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. I needed to arrive early to get ready for a funeral and this was arranged without any fuss at no extra charge.

Cons:

The wooden framed windows did not close properly so there was some road noise. The beds were quite firm.

Great stay
Pros:

Room was very clean, staff helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

We stayed on an exceptional hot day, would have loved air conditioning but a fan was useful, also maybe a top sheet so we could dispense the quilt.

Underwhelmed
Pros:

I ordered a too good to go breakfast as I had to check out early and the food was horrible but staff was friendly

Cons:

Hard mattress,shower head terrible(shooting everywhere and not powerful),the sheet cover throw at bottom of bed had a big stain on it..no AC and had a weak cheap fan...for 1 night at £131 I expected better
