Pros:

Struttura molto bella,pulita e con una bellissima area Spa e piscine.Situata a pochi passi dalle funivie Coll dei Rossi e Ciampac.Dista inoltre pochi minuti di auto da Canazei e per chi volesse andarci a piedi,non piu di 20 minuti.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto,l unica cosa che mi è un po dispiaciuta è che non era disponibile il servizio di massaggi in quanto ho soggiornato proprio nell'ultima settimana prima della chiusura dell'hotel e la massaggiatrice aveva già lasciato la struttura anticipatamente. Per il resto tutto perfetto per me.

Cons:

Dovrebbero stare più attenti alla caldaia. Un giorno pultroppo mi è capitato di fare la doccia fredda perché si era staccata e il giorno dopo anche l acqua della piscina della S.P.A. era freddina.:.

Great experience!

Staff always kind and room immaculate.
The pools were perfect for relaxing.

There was also a room for store my MTB. Very useful!

The best part I believe was the location: near the hotel you can find a bike path that connects different villages of the valley.

Particolarmente gradita la posizione dell'hotel vicino a tutti i servizi, funivie, ristoranti e punti di attrazione. Ottima localizzazione!

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite accoglienti comprensive di accappatoi , teli e ciabattine per usufruire della spa. Carinissima la spa completa di sauna bagno turco, zone relax e tisana, piscina idromassaggio e Jacuzzi esterna a vista di montagna. Ottima posizione per raggiungere impianti sciistici, vicinissima a Canazei. Ottima anche la colazione sia dolce che salata.

Pros:

L’hotel è ben organizzato, la posizione comoda vicino sia a ristoranti che bar/pasticcerie, la spa è molto bella, ci sta anche un idromassaggio esterno, la pulizia è eccezionale, camere sempre pulite e profumate.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ho trovato lo staff un po’ freddo nei modi, però comunque disponibile e accogliente.

Répondait aux attentes, à l'exception de la station de recharge (véhicule électrique)
Pros:

Très bel emplacement entouré des Dolomites, le spa est beau et bien entretenu, très bon petit déjeuner complet.

Cons:

J'avais spécialement réservé cet établissement car il était mentionné la disposition d'une borne de recharge électrique, hors celle-ci était indisponible, nous avons dû adpater nos plans pour recharger un peu plus bas dans Canazei.

Chambre un peu petite, matelas assez dur, pas de clim.

Bon séjour et parfait pour visiter la région
Pros:

Chambre agréable avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes.
Le Spa est exceptionnel pour se reposer apres de longues marches en montagne.
Propreté de l'hotel et le ménage fait tous les jours dans la chambre.

Cons:

Manque parfois de choix au petit déjeuner lorsque l'on arrive après 9h00.
