No preparado para el calor del verano, por lo demás, espectacular.
Pros:

Buffet impresionante, atención espectacular por parte de recepción y camareros. Spa muy bien.

Cons:

Insoportable el calor dentro de la habitación, en pleno Julio y no tener aire acondicionado es un crimen para un establecimiento de este nivel, nos pusieron un ventilador pero no cubría lo mínimo, no es la solución.
Esto estropeó totalmente nuestra estancia.

Parking de pago obligatorio ya que en las inmediaciones es prácticamente imposible aparcar. Debería ser gratuito o a precio reducido.

¡Genial!
Pros:

El trato fue impecable por parte del personal. El spa está muy bien para desconectar (15€/pers), y sin límite de tiempo. Al ser temporada baja en verano estaba muy bien la relación calidad-precio. El desayuno es espectacular.

Cons:

Había dos niños en el spa que no dejaban de correr, gritar, salpicar y tirarse a la piscina. No digo que tengan que prohibirles el paso, pero ojalá les hubiesen llamado la atención a sus padres para poder relajarnos.

Cons:

Pedimos dos camas individuales y un sofá cama y nos dieron cama matrimonio y sofá cama. En vez de toalla para el spa, deberían entregar albornoz.

Correcte però sense luxes.
Pros:

El Buffet estava molt bé. Tot estava net a les habitacions i l'spa va estar molt bé pel preu de 15€ que tenia. Molt adequat sobretot per quan hi havia poca gent. (10-12 persones). Amb més gent pot quedar petit.

Cons:

Era estiu. Les habitacions tenien fundes nòrdiques posades al llit. No feia gens de fred, ans el contrari. A la nit vam passar calor i l'habitació que teníem no comptava amb aire acondicionat. Si que tenia un ventilador de peu, però era molt sorollós i no cobria tota l'habitació. Mala nota aquí.
L'habitació que ens va tocar no tenia vistes a res. La 001 tenia una paret just davant que si no vigilaves et veien des del carrer de l'hotel. Una mica desagradable. Si el que vols son vistes convé pagar l'extra de l'habitació, que suposo que llavors et posaràn al cantó de les vistes a la vall. Unes vistes precioses pel que vam pode veure en alguna finestra.
No hi ha gaire aparcamnet als voltants de l'hotel. Cada nit al parking son 15€ extres.

Très bel hôtel mais une attention particulière à porter à la climatisation et à l insonorisation des fenêtres

Le fait que tout soit sur place : le spa le restaurant le bar

Cons:

Il ´ y a pas de climatisation du coup la chambre etait tres chaude et comme il y avait un festival en bas de la vallée impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre car trop bruyant

Pros:

Very nice resort! We liked the half-board option, and parking was fine. The SPA is small, with only one steam room, one sauna, and a pool. It was okay for €15.

Cons:

The room did not have air conditioning, and it was very hot during the day, so we had to keep the window open at night. However, there was very loud music in the city center until 6:00 AM every day. With the window open, you could hear every song from the room. As a result, we didn't sleep well on either night.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel during the summer.
