Smudgy and frugal studio room
Pros:

We had a 3 bed studio with a kitchen and bathroom. It was pretty spacious, so there would have been room for a small couch or more comfortable chairs, but there were only two chairs and a table, but it was a desk so you could only sit on one site. The beds were okay. We received the codes prior to arrival. There is secure parking in front of the building. The tram (line no 1) to the city centre is nearby (5min walk) as well as a shopping centre. It could really be a nice place if they would put in a little more effort.

Cons:

The room was not clean. We walked on clean socks and after a few minutes they were already dirty, so we changed to flip flops. There was only 1/4 rol of toilet paper. The kitchen had very minimal equipment (1 pot, 1 pan, 3 plates, bowls and cups, 3 sets of cutlery, that's it, not much to do some real cooking). Even though we had the windows open all day and it wasn't very hot outside, the room remained muggy. When you arrive by car, you have to call the owner to open the gate, but we called 3 times but the line was busy all the time. When we tried to leave, we couldn't get the gate to open, so we had to ask a cleaning lady to open the gate for us. There is a karting track right next to the building, so be prepared for VERY loud race sounds all day long, every day (12-21h and 10-22h in the weekends).

Great design, small but clean bathroom with a shower, kitchen with stove and fridge, comfy bed, overall cozy!

The traffic is a bit loud and theres not many dishes but that wasnt an issue!

Pros:

Kuchyňka, parkování, MHD zastávka poblíž, bezproblémový check-in i check-out. Dobrá komunikace s ubytováním.

Cons:

Starší zařízení (např. propadlá židle), postel při převalení trochu popojížděla, ale zase s ní jde dobře hýbat. Kuchynka by mohla být více vybavená, ale pro dva to stačí. Nejhorší byl velký hluk z ulice. Nejde spát s otevřeným okem.
