Night mare
Pros:

Worst bed it was stinking badly and when I asked to change the bed spread the answer was no and rude

Good location with good staff but poor facilities
Pros:

The location is the best, and the staff are really helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom water doesn't come on properly. Was facing difficulty to bath. AC couldn't be adjusted. Only ON/OFF. And the lift doesn't work. We had to climb 3 floors by foot. Very difficult.

Dont go there
Pros:

Worst ever hotel i have stayed. No life there but the rooms are in second floor. Posted the old pictures . No hot water pealed painting ugly commode. Not suitable for human usage. Totally disappointed. Worst behavior of front desk staff . Worst ever place.To stay with family.

Nothing to like there. I have already filed a complaint about this property

Pros:

Nothing, water tapes were leaking, Soiled and Stained Bathroom floors, stinking. Full room is dust. Horrible remotes for AC and TV...Foot mat outside Bathroom was bought 18th Century stinking and fully torned.

Cons:

When reached at property from airport at 3 am there was noone at reception. One boy was sleeping on the floor. He woke up and told that there was no booking and to come at 9 am

HORRIBLE WE LEFT CANT TAKE THE SMELL AND FILTHY THEY ONLY REFUNDED LESS THEN HALF OF MY PAYMENT.

PLEASE DONT GET CHEATED WITH THE PHOTOS IN THE WEB PAGE OR THE BOOKING SITE. THESE FAB TREE IS VERY BAD HOTEL. VERY DEPRESSED. PHOTO LOOKED GREAT BUT HORRIBLE ROOMS AS WELL AS HORRIBLE ADMIN STAFF.
