Perfect Stay!

We came to Chennai for our US Visa application and OYO hotels rejected our booking for a pre booked room and we were left stranded with our luggage. It was this very hotel that accepted us with open arms with a good serviced clean and well priced room for one day and our journey became hassle-free. The Staff is well mannered, speak Hindi, they attend to every request of the customer. This is a popular hotel for stays even with tourists from Malaysia, Singapore Tamil people. I am really impressed with the service and quality of the stay. Must book and visit this place if ever in Chennai… perfect for small and large families. ❤️

Pros:

The location is strategic. It was near to the shopping place. The place was clean.

Cons:

The aircond has issues and i had to change rooms 3 times in the same day.

had a very bad experience staying at this hotel.

The room quite clean but there were many baby cockroaches and small black bugs running everywhere — on the walls, bathroom and even on the bed. It felt very uncomfortable and unhygienic to stay there.

Unfortunately, I had already paid, so I had no choice but to continue my stay.

On top of that, they were dishonest with the food pricing. The menu stated that an idly set (3 pieces) costs Rs. 99, but they charged us Rs. 100 per piece instead. This is clearly misleading and feels like they are trying to cheat customers.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel due to poor hygiene and unfair pricing practices.
