Absolute hell to be honest , no exaggeration
Pros:

Nothing to be honest ,couldn’t wait to leave

Cons:

Very bad odour coming from the room , untidy room with roaches . Extremely noisy environment

Pros:

I did like the hotel based on viewing from Bookings.com but not I didn't get to the hotel after the hotel canceled my booking on the last few hours closer to my check-in.

Cons:

The hotel canceled my booking and when I called them the receptionist said the booking was canceled due to miscalculation of the reservation rates by Bookings.com and they offered to contact Bookings.com to rectify the miscalculation and get back to me however the receptionist also offered to do the reservation privately at his rate and I refused. The receptionist did not get back to me and I had to call

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my stay at your establishment.

The lift was not working to my floor, which caused significant inconvenience. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning, there was no fridge or microwave as expected, and there was no water available during my stay.

Furthermore, the furniture was extremely old and in poor condition. There was excessive noise throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep properly. To make matters worse, only one tissue was provided.

Overall, the accommodation fell far below acceptable standards and did not meet reasonable expectations. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid.

I trust this matter will be resolved urgently and amicably.
