The stay was safe and overall good, except the issues mentioned above
Pros:

The location is nice for transportation: Metro, buses, tramway, and taxis are accessible.

Cons:

I reviewed my booking for 1 person and extension until 31 May, they accepted the extension, but they kept the booking for 2 persons. I was disappointed to pay for two people when I was alone. Also, they don't have a car for transfer from the airport, no breakfast is offered, and you have to make your own arrangements to get food.

Dobrze zlokalizowany, miły hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Zapach z kanalizacji z łazienki, najgorzej w nocy. Brak w pokoju talerzy, sztućców, lodówki.

Pros:

Een fijne lobby, basic kamer maar schoon. Het is gelegen op wandelafstand van metrostation Serdika. Het personeel sprak wat Engels.

Cons:

Ik miste een vloerwisser in de badkamer. Je moet erg oppassen om niet uit te glijden na het douchen.

となりがsex shopというものでチョッチいかがわしい写真が窓いっぱいにプリントされていてカーテンを開けるのが嫌だった
バスルームがカビ臭かった　シャワーとトイレの間にカーテンもなくシャワーの後いつまでも床が乾かず　　滑るし足が濡れるしトイレットペーパーも湿って気持ち悪かった　換気扇があれば？　部屋にゴミ箱もなかった

С нетърпение очаквах да приключи престоят ми в х-л Княз Борис.
Pros:

Персонала бе отзивчив.

Cons:

В едната стая, в която спах, нямаше климатик. Беше страшна жега през нощта.
В другата стая пък ужасно вонеше на цигари.
Поне едно мини хладилниче да бяха сложили в стаите за тези пари, които взимат!
Базата в стаите е морално и физически остаряла. Може би е била модерна в началото на 90-те години на миналия век.
Според мен цените не отговарят на това, което предлага хотелът.

Дървеници в хотела.
Cons:

Трябваше да остана в хотела само 1 нощ. По принцип настаняването беше между 12:00 - 13:00. Отидох в 1 и стаята не беше готова. Чаках 1 час. Стаята имаше прах, доста прах. Към 2:30 сутринта бях обринат и светвайки лампата видях дървеница да се разхожда по чаршафа. Слязох на рецепция и с доста убеждения ми дадоха друга стая, която миришеше на канализация. На сутринта рецепционистката ми каза, че няма как да ми върне парите, защото съм пренощувал там. След показаните от мен белези по тялото и снимки реши, че ще се смили и ми върна парите. На 100% не препоръчвам.

Харесва ми локацията, че беше близо до автобусни спирки и спирка на метростанция. Хареса ми и любезния персонал. Особено жената, която ме посрещна.

Cons:

Не ми хареса, че стаята миришеше на пушек. Не се проветри въпреки, че цяла нощ прозореца беше отворен. Имаше петна по спалното бельо. Имаше мухъл в банята и липсваше вентилация.
