Only location
Not big enough and very uncomfortable room. This guest room wasn't toddler friendly. There were spider webs in the room. Bathroom pipes was broken. Smell wasn't good.bedsheets and pillows are very old and not clean enough.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was ook proper.
De bedden kraakten en het was heel warm op de kamer (we hadden de economische kamer) dus er was geen airco aanwezig.

The location is just great. There are multiple options of public transport as well as taxi apps that work pretty good. Some tourist attractions are even walking distance. I wouldn't say it is the most clean and neat neighborhood, but it satisfied my needs in general. Although there are questionable stores and very old buildings around. So if you want to stay in an elite or neat looking area, it probably wouldn't meet your expectations.
The room was really clean. It smelled a little too much of bleach but it made me feel better about the hygiene so no problems there for me :D
I had to arrive earlier than the official check-in time, which I informed them about through here. Initially they said they would try to arrange something in case there is availability. However, even though the rooms were not occupies they did not let people check-in because the cleaning staff had not arrived and cleaned the rooms yet. I had to wait for several hours which is understandable up to a point since it is the official check-in time anyway. There were some other people waiting to check-in and we had to wait at the lobby. There was no coffee - tea or water offered. I was willing to pay for water but they didn't even have a menu or a waiter around. It was really hot and only the entrance hall had air conditioning, so I had to go to a nearby market to get water and some snacks.
After I checked-in, they told me my room was at the 3rd floor, no problem so far. BUT... There was no elevator, the stairs were awfully narrow and steep, and there was no valet or any sort of staff available to help me with my luggage. So I had to power-drag everything to the 3rd floor and had to make two runs because the stairs were so steep.
The bathroom had no cabin. The shower head was literally connected to the sink. The soap was refilled in an old plastic soap bottle. There was no shampoo provided inside the bathroom. There were no hair dryers. I hadn't packed my hair dryer because it was listed in the facilities but my room did not have one. There was no water again* inside the room. There were 2 glass cups though (?), it was very confusing. I checked online if it is normal to drink tap water but apparently it was not so I was genuinely confused.
Nothing, good pressure of water at least
The girl of the reception very rude, very unhelpful, when we mention our nationality look to us ugly.
