Pros:

I loved the clean and well kept room.
I liked the fridge in the room too.
Air conditioning was great. It helped with a good nights sleep.
Being close to Vitosha Boulevard was fantastic and a food and drinks convenience store next door was perfect. Hotel Sofia Place more than met my expectations. A great Hotel to stay. 🙂
