The hotel has an amazing location, right next to Vitoshka street and a lot of good restaurants and bars. Still, it is quite at night without any disturbing noise. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The remote for the air-conditioner needs a bit of fixing,
The room was big, clean, very comfortable, all the receptionists were so kind!
No breakfast, worn or torn carpets staff non engaging, verging on unfriendly. Air-conditioning maybe 1990s & noisy, slow to cool the room

The location is amazing and there is good value for money
The only thing we didnt like is that the AC wasnt strong enough.
We booked this place specifically (in mid July) because it has AC, but it was so weak it was struggeling to cool the room.
Very nice hotel, very kind staff, very good location and 24/8 reception, at the centre, and kitchen, terrace, elevator, strong Internet and air conditioner. Very nice and large bathroom and very comfortable beds.

The location is very good, close to Vitosha av. The staff were friendly. The room was quite clean, with complimentary tea and coffee, which is nice. The internet was fast enough for a video conference.
