Pros:

地點很好，景點都是在步行的距離，房間的格局也很好 。

Cons:

入住時，並未將床分開，中文顯示是二張單人床，但英文是一大床，櫃檯人員要求住客自己處理床，並表示我們的訂單是一大床，房間的清潔度也需加強 。住了四晚，茶包及咖啡都沒有補，飲用水也是有要求才會提供 。

Pristojan i povoljan hotel u samom centru grada.
Pros:

Lokacija u blizini ulice Vitosha i centra, odličan vrijednost za novac, mali hotel pa nije bilo bučno, recepcija 24h, prostrana soba, mini kuhinja, udoban krevet, ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Sporiji WiFi, namještaj na mjestima oštećen.

Receptionist was new but tried to help

Cons:

Our room was located in a different building, and underground which means we had no window to the open air. It was dirty, hairs on the towels and the bathroom was full of small flies. The location in general is not nice to walk outside by night.

Merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Bir de resepsionda taksi çağırma butonu var taksi bir kaç dakika içinde geliyor ve çok uygun fiyata gideceğiniz yere götürüyor. Biz paradice alişveriş merkezine 7,7.Euro ya gittik. Dönüşte yoldan taksiye bindim vw aynı mesafe için 30.Euro ödedim. Mutlaka telefonla taksi çağırmalısınız, yokda kazıklanırsınız.

Cons:

Kızımın yatağındaki çarşafya lekw vardı, sonra anladık ki leke çarşafın alrındaki alez'de. Akez kirliydi, bunu depiştirmeden direk temiz çarşafı üstüne geçirmişler. Yataklar çok rahat değildi.

Cons:

The flat would need a complete refurbishment (paintwork and furnishings).
Double-glazed windows would also need to be fitted, as the street is very noisy in the evenings.
The air conditioning wasn’t working!
