Perfect place to stay on Flores. 9 min. walk from entrance where busses pick you up for any adventure.
Room cleaned daily with linen and bed done every day. Nice sunset from balcony. Kitchen minimalist with fridge space for your overnight food. .

Embora a pousada apresente pontos positivos, como a boa localização, infelizmente a experiência no atendimento deixou uma impressão bastante negativa ao final da estadia. No momento da chegada, fomos recebidos de maneira extremamente cordial e atenciosa, inclusive com o translado pago realizado pela própria pousada. No entanto, no último dia, após o encerramento do horário da diária, mesmo permanecendo no somente nossas bagagens para pegar o voo as 22h, o tratamento mudou de forma perceptível.
A postura de alguns funcionários tornou-se fria, indiferente e, em determinados momentos, marcada por certo desprezo, causando um desconforto desnecessário. Além disso, o translado pago que havia sido prontamente oferecido na chegada e na saída não foi disponibilizado no retorno, sob a justificativa de falta de tempo. A situação transmitiu a sensação de que o interesse e a cordialidade estavam concentrados apenas no momento da recepção dos hóspedes, não sendo mantidos até o encerramento da estadia, o que compromete significativamente a experiência geral e não corresponde ao padrão de acolhimento esperado.

Lo único que fue novedad es que no tienen opción de pago con tarjeta de crédito, teniendo presente la restricción frente al pago en USD, ya que esta divisa es difícil de recibir

El personal del hotel quedó en recogerme en el aeropuerto. Cuando llegué les llamé y se habían olvidado.

Das Hotel war nichts besonderes, hat aber für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Nacht vollkommen ausgereicht. Es gab eine schöne kleine Terasse mit Seeblick.

L'humidité sur les murs de la chambre, c'est vrai qu'elles sont très peu aérées. Et la petite surprise de retrouver un cafard mort le matin 🫠
