Krásný pobyt v srdci Šumavy. Výborné jídlo a velký výběr, čistota interiéru v hotelu i depandance, pohodlné postele, příjemný personál, parkování u hotelu za super cenu, prostorná moderní koupelna, velmi dobré zázemí.

Cons:

Nedostali jsme detailní účtenku, takže jen stěží se dal zkontrolovat účet na konci pobytu. Při polopenzi hosté nebyli žádným způsobem označeni. Domníváme se, že venkovní terasou mohl projit kdokoli cizí a zdarma se v jídelně najíst, aniž by zaplatil. Personál nemel šanci rozeznat "kdo je kdo". Číslo jakéhokoli pokoje mohl nahlásit kdokoli, kdo měl jen trochu dobrý sluch.

Vynikající a bohatá snídaně, dobrá bufetová večeře

Cons:

Ačkoliv jezdíme s naším boloňským psíkem do mnoha hotelů, překvapil nás tentokrát vysoký poplatek za noc pro pejska- 500,-Kč.
Hotel se tváří, že vítá psí mazlíčky, na pokoji je pro ně připraven vlastní ručník na tlapky i pamlsek nicméně hotel, který vítá mazlíčky, jim strikně zakazuje vstup do restaurace. Večeřeli jsme tedy u baru a byli jsme rádi, že bylo pěkné počasí a mohli jsme snídat alespoň na terase.
Nedovedu si představit, jak bychom toto řešili při nepříznivém počasí. S timto přístupem jsme se setkali poprvé.
