Desde o acolhimento na receção à nossa chegada, pelas 22h15, até ao aconchego do quarto, sempre impecavelmente limpo, tudo contribuiu para uma estadia muito agradável. A simpatia, o profissionalismo e a disponibilidade de toda a equipa fizeram-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos e proporcionaram um excelente bem-estar ao hóspede.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Hotel pulito con staff molto cordiale. La nostra camera era molto ampia, con un grande bagno e letti comodi. La colazione è semplice, offre sia con cibi dolci che salati, in linea per un albergo di questa categoria. Pur non essendo in pieno centro, la posizione è comunque comoda per visitare e scoprire la città (15 min a piedi attraversando il Giardino Botanico). Esperienza nel complesso positiva.

Cons:

La colazione a buffet è continentale ma basica. Da migliorare.

Best price! Great staff, clean, terrible location on a hillside. Can’t recommend because of locatio.

Excellent staff, clean hotel, low price

Cons:

Location is useless, square you can walk to will be torn up for years to build the subway. Had to taxi every time we wanted to go anywhere. No cafes, bars, restaurants, stores anywhere near this hotel.
Best price we have paid for years, but not worth the location
