De positieve aspecten konden voor ons het zwaarste wegen.
Pros:

Ivm rugklachten voor mij het allerbelangrijkste: er is een goed bed! Uitstekend ontbijt. Hoewel het hotel slechts via een smal, sterk stijgend bergweggetje te bereiken is, moet je het voor het uitzicht overhebben: dat is fenomenaal! Een kamer met balkon en met uitzicht op het meer is dan ook zeer aan te bevelen.

Cons:

Het hotel is verouderd, men is bezig het wat op te knappen, de buitenjaloezieen van onze kamer waren niet overal aanwezig en de dunne gordijntjes sloten niet volledig, waardoor onze kamer "net aan" donker genoeg kon worden gemaakt. De kamer was warm , geen airco en de ventilator heeft een te kort snoer waardoor het niet zinvol was deze te laten draaien. Gelukkig koelde het gedurende de nacht af. Hotel heeft overdag geen personeel, het personeel wat in het restaurant aanwezig is, is correct, maar afstandelijk en kan geen informatie over het hotel geven, waardoor wij bv van de ligstoelen (zelf naar zwembad brengen)geen gebruik konden maken omdat we de benodigde code om te ontsluiten niet vonden. Je mag gebruik maken van een fijn zwembad, wat echter hoort bij een naastgelegen appartementencomplex , waarvoor het hotel geen verantwoordelijkheid draagt (door gladde zwembadtrap gleed ik flink uit, probeerde me vast te grijpen aan de leuning , die echter wankel was.). Kortom in dit deel van de organisatie mag wel wat verbeteren.

Goed maar wat verhouderd.
Pros:

Zwembad was goed meegenomen, spijtig dat de onderhoud van de tuin en omgeving verwilderd was. Heeft een refresching nodig. Het zicht over het meer en Gersau is fantatisch. Kamer zijn wat verhouderd. Het bed is wel ok.

Cons:

Het niet onderhoud van de buiten trap naar het zwembad en de omgeving van het zwembad.

Pros:

A wonderful, atmospheric guesthouse with a breathtaking view. The owner is incredibly friendly and hardworking— and it was nice to speak polish for a change! Excellent restaurant service and delicious food. A big plus for being dog-friendly. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended! Thank you for this unforgettable stay, and see You again !

La doccia non ha un soffione staccabile, solo fissa in alto. Doterei le camere di aria condizionata. Importante la gestione del ristorante che per noi è stata pessima con alimenti ancora congelati nel piatto…

In den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir die Ruhe sehr genießen.
Pros:

Der Ausblick ist vom Zimmer mit Balkon wunderschön, eine bessere Lage kann man kaum erhalten. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend um ein paar Tage dort zu verweilen.
