La atención del personal presencial (recepción, limpieza). Todo excelente. La habitación muy confortable.
Que no respondieran mis pedidos especiales. La falta de respuesta me cae mal. Si o no, pero haceme saber que me leíste.
La ubicación esta dentro de un complejo con shopping ,restaurantes etc
Que no incluya desayuno ,y que te hagan esperar hasta la hora exacta de ingreso estando la habitación desocupada, yo llegue una hora antes y me hicieron esperar hasta la hora de ingreso exacta ni un minuto antes.

La habitación suite, grandes espacios y muy cómoda. El silencio, no se escuchaba nada de otras habitaciones. Buena ubicación, cordial atención del personal de recepción.
El desayuno, muy básico. No acorde para lo que cobran la tarifa con el desayuno incluido. Mala atención del personal de cafetería/bar; esperar eternas por simples pedidos.
