Comfortable stay! And if you dont mind dragging your luggage to take the train to go to Tokyo Station, you can stay here
Pros:

The location - walking distance to Sugamo Hamanote Line. Lots and lots of eating places nearby! Very spacious for a group of 4 people.

Cons:

It is not refundable. So make sure you have made up your mind about staying. Overall though, we are glad we stayed here!
