Bueno
Pros:

El personal de recepción muy amable y preocupados en todo momento, cualquier duda te ayudaban. Me dieron una cerveza de cortesía al llegar y el desayuno era muy bueno.
Las piezas eran muy iluminadas y buen aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El personal del aseo, realmente lo peor!!! La chica del aseo bastante bruta, no tenía la delicadeza de tocar la puerta antes de entrar a dejarme algo o hacer el aseo.
Extendí una noche más y la chica como no hablaba en ingles, no me entendió que habia extendido una noche más y desde recepción, no notificaron esta información. Como yo no había realizado el check out porque me quedaba una noche más dejé mis pertenencias en la habitación y la chica quería llamar a la polícía.

Ponía que tenía piscina pero cuando llegamos estaba medio vacía y el agua estancada y sucia. No se podía usar

Great value for money and location
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Great location and free beers happy hours are excellent too. Room was spacious with open views on the outside.

Cons:

Not a big deal but housekeeping didn’t make up my room during my 5 nights stay even tho requested with the sign on the door (maybe they didn’t notice). Breakfast could be improved.

L’hôtel est tout à fait correct, en revanche nous avions réservé pour profiter de la piscine qui est impraticable car complètement verte et non entretenue.

Noche ruidosa, baño dejado y sin desayuno

La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba ya que el botón interior para encenderla no estaba. La bañera estaba oxidada, rota, con moho entre las baldosas y la manguera de la alcachofa era muy corta.
“Enchufe de la cama”, solo de una de ellas.
Igualmente, indican que la habitación está insonorizada, pero antes de las 5am empezamos a oír música de una celebración y oraciones religiosas provenientes del edificio de enfrente. El volumen era muy alto y duró 1h.
El alojamiento anuncia que tiene piscina y de hecho hay una, pero está muy descuidada, con el agua sucia.
El desayuno no está a la hora a la que dicen. Una de nosotras preguntó para poder desayunar antes porque se iba a una excursión contratada y le dijeron que no había problema, sin embargo, cuando acudió a desayunar no había nada ni nadie. Más tarde, yo bajé a la hora oficial porque mi excursión era más tarde y tampoco había nada. Me dijeron que tenía que esperar si quería desayunar. Al final me dieron un poco de fruta y leche. Cuando ya me iba me sacaron dos huevos fritos. Cuando volví por la tarde para recoger las maletas se lo comenté al chico de recepción, se disculpó y me devolvió 50000 dôngs.

Estava tot brut, el lavabo molt precari amb cuques gegants, el ventilador que estava a la paret se’ns va caure sense cap mena de manipulació. L’esmorzar molt just i no tenien suc quan posava que si. I el llit molt dur i els coixins feien olor a utilitzats. I el personal va entrar a l’habitació quan estavem dins tot i dir que s’esperessin, quasi estavem sense roba i va entrar igual…

Οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. Καλό συντηρημένο. Τα είδη υγιεινής ήταν φθαρμένα. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε νερό και μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ντουλάπα.. Δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα μπάνιου.. Δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ
