Wonderful.
Pros:

I loved Kevin! He was the BEST and he assisted us with the best discounted car ride (25% cheaper) from Da Nang to Hoi An where the hotel was. Then he went out of his way to organize a similar car ride which was much cheaper than what was available on Grab back to Da Nang for our bus ride. Perhaps one of the BEST customer service me and my friend has ever experienced.
Thanks Kevin for making everything smooth, wonderful, and seamless!

Pros:

Desde lo cálido de su recepcionista hasta las cocineras en el desayuno incluido, todo súper bien, la habitación relación calidad precio no está mal, no está en el centro centro, pero está andando a unos 20 minutos. He pedido el servicio de la lavandería y ha funcionado bastante bien, la ropa quedó bien lavada y con un excelente olor, la piscina muy bien, la usé una vez. El señor que hace el mantenimiento y que estuvo muy pronto cuando llegue, súper buena gente, nos hemos comunicado por Google traductor y genial.. estuvo pendiente de ayudar en lo que podía.

Cons:

Ya si estuviera unos pocos minutos menos cerca del centro sería mejor imposible.. con calor la caminata se hace peor😂

Quality stay. Great service
Pros:

From even before we got to the property the customer service was amazing. Kevin reached out to me over what’s app and organized a vehicle to pick us up from our hotel in Da Nang + when we got there he had a map printed, with a bunch of hand written recommendations. Great service. I want him too come be my customer service agent in Canada.

Room was also nice, ac worked good. Pool was also very nice

Pros:

I had an excellent stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. Kevin and the rest of the team were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations and anything I needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel at home.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I even extended it by an extra night. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, which was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was always spotless, and all of the facilities were excellent.

The pool was another highlight—clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring.

Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money with excellent facilities and outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Kevin for making my stay so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in Hoi An.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well prepared.

A special thank you to Kevin at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist me and made me feel truly cared for. His excellent service made my experience even better.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, el personal amable te gestionan cualquier servicio, te hacen recomendaciones y la piscina está muy bien, como se ve en la foto. El desayuno también está bien. Excepto por la habitación, lo demás estupendo.

Cons:

Cogí una reserva de habitación familiar para 4 amigos. Al llegar me habían asignado una habitación con 2 literas que los colchones eran como el suelo de duros, y eran de camping, 30 cm de grosor. La habitación diminuta en cuanto a espacio para 4 personas.
El error fue mío al coger la habitación, así que mirar bien las imágenes antes de reservar una habitación … porque las imágenes tienen los nombres.
Lo que está claro que de habitación familiar tenía poco … 4 personas 2 noches en ese lugar.
