Pros:

Tout. L'accueil, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, la piscine grande et parfaite et l'emplacement. Meilleur hotel de notre voyage de plusieurs mois. Nous devions rester 2 nuits mais avons prolongé pour y rester 6 nuits. N'hésitez pas!

Pros:

Great hotel with an awesome big pool and lots of sunbeds which is hard to find in Vietnam! Staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply via whatapp. Free bikes to use and only a 10 min walk to old town! Highly recommend!

I will not forget my stay! The best!
Pros:

The manager Kevin was very spot on with everything. He needs to be promoted further up. He is an asset to the hotel. Also, the breakfast, superb! Cudtomers are pampered. The location is the game changer!

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room and hotel were nice and clean. Pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers. We stayed in a family room with 2 bunk beds. Beds were very comfy.

Disappointing stay slightly redeemed by the friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, especially Kevin who was always there when we needed something

Cons:

The rooms are unclean and feel very dingy, not much natural light and very uncomfortable beds. The facilities did not look like the photos and I expected something more luxurious than what I arrived to.

Chambre simple sans wifi
Pros:

La piscine est tranquille/agréable avec les transats autour et dommage qu'elle ferme à 20:00.
Le petit-déjeuner est correct, encore une fois désolé que le personnel ne soit pas plus avenant et au service des clients.
La proximité des commerces et à 15-20 mn à pied de la "ville ancienne" semble un point positif

Cons:

La chambre est petite et très limitée pour quatre personnes.
La propreté reste un point à revoir notamment lors du ménage (et des serviettes de bain).
Le wifi ne fonctionne pas de la chambre et personne n'a pu nous aider sur ce sujet. Il fallait aller à l'accueil (pas climatisé) pour en avoir.
