Pros:

We loved our stay at Vernal Home. The reception staff, especially Phuc and Tui, went above and beyond with their warmth and friendly service, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

Our kids absolutely loved the koi pond, and being able to watch and feed the fish was definitely a highlight. The pool was lovely and clean. It doesn't have a lot of seating and it can be a little cold as it is surrounded by buildings and doesn't get much direct sun. However, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, so it felt like our own private oasis and certainly wasn't a complaint.

The breakfast selection was smaller than at some larger hotels, but everything was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the fresh passionfruit and the variety of options available.

The immediate area is very quiet, which we enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk, and the beach is around a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

We would happily stay at Vernal Home again. The welcoming, homely atmosphere, beautiful greenery throughout the property and exceptional staff made it a wonderful place to stay.

Cons:

Breakfast - as other guests have mentioned, some of the hot food can be a little cold as it is not kept in warming trays.

Pros:

Really comfortable and stylish hotel. The swimming pool area and the koi pond were really lovely. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel and the personal were excellent.

Cons:

The street where the hotel is, has some construction sites and that makes it a bit chaotic but I guess that will change in some months..

Pros:

The hotel was amazing, nice and helpful staff, the room was a great size, comfortable for the 3 of us. They cleaned the room every day and we recieved fresh bottle of water as well. The hotel is 10 mins walk away from the beach and 25 mins away from the airport. They also have a really nice rooftop terracce, that sadly we only discovered on the last day.

A great hotel for a few nights in Da Nang, clean and spacious.
Pros:

This was such a lovely room / mini apartment, the hotel was in a great location and easy to get around Da Nang, an easy walk to the beach which was good for us. The housekeeping was always perfect, so clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The breakfast was always cold unfortunately and sometimes not enough tables for us to sit together as a family, apart from that everything was great.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing boutique hotel, we had a perfect stay during our 7 nights there. Friendly staff, beautiful decoration and details, spotless clean rooms and general spaces. The room are spacious, enough room for your clothes and to let your towels dry for example. The breakfast lady is sweet, very tasty breakfast with also enough fruit and vegetables. The pool is great, also the shadow end for small children. They provide pooltowels. Nice to have several areas to sit, like next to the pond or at the roof terrace. All the staff was friendly, at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast lady and the handyman/poolman. The location is close by several great restaurants, the beach and spa's.

Cons:

Nothing, maybe a power point next to the desk in the room.

Great price, location and super comfortable room.
Pros:

Great location, 8 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the main beach esplanade. Super comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Very good value compared to other hotels in the area.

Everything was great.
