Żenada, to jest naciąganie klienta. Rezerwuje pokój z tarasem, oczywiście był dostępny. Po czym wchodzę to pokoju, tarasu nie ma. Także schodzę do recepcji z 2 piętra z walizka, informuje i tym fakcie recepcjonistkę, pani zdziwiona tłumaczy mi że nia ma na to wpływu. 15 min czekam i słyszę że jednak jest taki pokój, idę ponownie z walizka do pokoju, wchodzę do niego i co widzę, tarasu nie ma, swoją drogą gratuluję Pani w recepcji znajomości topografii hotelu w którym pracuje, zapewniała mnie że ten pokój jest z tarasem
Jestem klientem który szukanie noclegu rozpoczyna od filtrowania miejsc noclegowych z balkonem.
To co się wydarzyło jest ewidentnym oszustwem i naciąganiem klienta, sprzedażą produktu którego zwyczajnie się nie posiada. Ta sprawa zasługuje na zgłoszenie do uokik i nie omieszkam tego zrobić w najbliższych dniach.
