Nightmare in Elbasan, A very agressive hotelowner
Pros:

Close to te city center

Cons:

The owner damaged my car while parking and refused to take responsibility.
I had to call the police in order to get a settlement which he refused.
Finally I decided to withdrawn the claim, otherwise it would have cost me a full day at the police station.
So, a very sad experience….

Heel fijn.
Pros:

Super schone accommodatie, ontzettend aardige mensen, prima ontbijt en bijzondere locatie. De kamer was erg ruim en het bed lag prima. Er is geen lift, maar werd gelijk geholpen met m’n zware koffer.

The hotel made a very positive impression on me from the very beginning, both because of its excellent location and the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. The quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the comfort of the room, made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I was so pleased with my experience that I even joked with the staff, saying, “See you again next year!” 😊

Great spot in the very centre of Elbasan
Pros:

Excellent location inside the castle walls of Elbesan, close to Main Street and all sights. Room is well appointed, quiet and comfortable, with English speaking staff on hand.

Cons:

Doesn’t have a kettle/coffee in room, but reception has a free to use coffee machine and many excellent cafes are within a couple minutes walk.

Charmants et très a l’écoute du client.
Pros:

En plein centre ville. Les patrons sont adorables. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le monsieur a garé notre voiture car dans le coin ça n’est pas facile

Местоположението е супер - в центъра на града, в крепостта. Закуската е пълноценна и вкусна.

Cons:

Паркирането е малко трудно, но от хотела помагат. Кафето на върха на крепостната кула предлага чудесен изглед.
