Cons:

Piscine pleine de bêtes à notre arrivée. Joints de carrelage de la piscine vert et pleins de mousse. Le carrelage coupe les pieds. La piscine à l'eau salée est plutôt du sel à l'eau..c'est PIRE que de boire la tasse dans la mer.
Le sèche cheveux de la salle de bain date des années 1800.
La baie vitrée de la salle de bain est floutée sur le haut mais pas assez. Les personnes sur les transat peuvent voir vos parties intimes lorsque vous êtes sous votre douche.
Le carrelage de la douche est sale et également coupant.
La porte d'entrée ne ce ferme pas sur le haut, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs.
Ça ne vaut absolument pas 500 euros d'autant plus que le dîner ne comprends pas les boissons, même de l'eau.

Hôtel correct mais « sans âme » et cher pour le prix payé, finalement
Pros:

Hôtel tout à faire convenable et agréable. Il y a tout sur place (restaurant, piscine, transats, bar). Vue mer (2e ligne)

Cons:

Mais…. Le restaurant et le bar sont très chers donc peu de vacanciers y restent pour manger sauf le petit déjeuner inclus. La vue mer est moyenne (poteaux électriques qui gênent, mer assez distante et pas trop de perspective), piscine d’eau salée (comme partout en Crète) mais qui verdit facilement sur les bords. Parasols de couleur douteuse et pas en ligne avec les photos.
Personnel peu aimable.
Serviettes de plage et piscine en supplément à 5€ par personne er par séjour : ça fait vraiment chiche de faire payer les serviettes de piscine

La camera molto accogliente e pulita, la zona pool bar bella e rilassante. Il pranzo e la cena alla carta molto validi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole allontanarsi dal caos. Molti mini market, ristoranti e spiagge carine a 10 minuti di macchina

Cons:

Il personale non molto cordiale, soprattutto i ragazzi alla reception. La colazione al buffet è da migliorare, qualità scarsa e molto monotona.

Un très bel hôtel à proximité d'Elounda
Pros:

Très beau cadre et proche avec des bâtiments à taille humaine. Une très belle piscine. Bon emplacement par rapport à Elounda. Un accueil chaleureux et du personnel très à l'écoute.

Cons:

la qualité du buffet. N'est pas en adéquation avec le standing de l'hotel. A Améliorer.

Comfortable stay with relaxing vibe
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and felt low key. Surrounded by trees and the nearby hills, added to its peacefulness. For the price point compared to many 5 star resorts in the area, it was good value for money with a large pool area, nice restaurant and friendly staff. Location is a 5 minute drive / 30 minute walk to the main harbour area.

Pros:

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, με πολύ ωραία δωμάτια. Ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα, ευρύχωρα και με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο. Η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν γλυκύτατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική κατά την άφιξη και όσες φορές τη συναντήσαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει ένα πολύ ωραίο μπαρ όπου το βράδυ είναι υπέροχο να πιεις το ποτό σου δίπλα στην πισίνα και τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν είναι ευγενέστατα και πολύ ευχάριστα.

Clean, beautiful, and relaxing - just what I wanted. Already planning my return!
Pros:

I liked how many options were available for breakfast. The view was lovely, the staff were so friendly, and I just loved my room. Highly recommend getting a massage from the spa! One of the best I've ever had.

Cons:

The omelettes were a tad on the salty side and I didn't love that there were bugs in the pool but I know the guy tried as best as he could to clean it as regularly as possible. Perhaps it was just a weird time of year where there were more than usual. Also, the road to resort is so easy to miss if you're not paying attention.
