Great location, ticked all the boxes
Pros:

The location was perfect for trips to Elounda, Plaka and Agios Nikaloas and the staff were great with helping us to book some really fun day trips. The pool / bar area was really nice and the menu for the pool bar was great.

Cons:

Didnt really like the location of our room. We were given the first room after reception and it just didnt feel very private and was a bit noisy. We considered asking to move or upgrade but didnt want to cause a fuss or have to spend more money. It was a shame as otherwise everything would have been perfect.
Breakfast was ok, could have been better, things like watered down juice made it feel a bit budget.

החלפנו מלון לאחר איי עמידה בציפיות ויחס רע מהקבלה

המלון יפה ונראה שמתוחזק

Cons:

האיש קבלה שקיבל אותנו היה לא נעים בלשון המטה (זו שהיתה איתו נראתה יותר נחמדה)
הזמנו חדר מראש עם נוף לים והביא לנו חדר שבו רואים רק דקלים ולא את הים.
פתחו לנו 4 חדרים שונים בכדי לבדוק אולי בהם רואים את הים היה שיפור בכמות הדקלים והצפיפות שלהם אבל זה לא נוף ליים כמו במלונות אחרים. החדרים לא אטומים בכלל שומעים הכל מבחוץ כאילו הדלת פתוחה.
בחדר האחרון הדלת הייתה עם חור בתחתית שלה מה שלא עניין את האנשים בקבלה.
בסוף החלטנו לא לקבל את החדרים וזיכו אותנו והיינו צריכים לחפש מלון באותו הרגע.
אגיד שלאורך כול השיח דיברנו נעים ובצורה מכובדת והתייחסו אלינו כמטרד מהדקה הראשונה (ללא קשר לתלונות על הנוף)
איש צוות כזה לא יכול לשרת בתפקיד כזה !!!

L’accueil, le personnel très aimable et disponible à n’importe quel moment, la localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite dans un endroit calme mais proche des « grandes villes »

Η τοποθεσία του, το ότι είχε ωραίο κήπο με λουλούδια και δέντρα, το μέγεθος του δωματίου και η πισίνα.

Cons:

Δεν ήταν πεντακάθαρο συνολικά, το μπαλκόνι δεν καθαριζόταν κάθε μέρα, το διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν δύο μονά με αναστρωμα από πάνω οπότε καθόλου άνετο, δεν είχε εμφιαλωμένα νερά μόνο νερό βρύσης, δεν είχε παντόφλες δωματίου, οι κύριες της καθαριότητας αρκετά πιεστικές και αγενείς, το κλιματιστικό δεν δρόσιζε αρκετά το δωμάτιο και υπήρχε μια γενική υγρασία στο χώρο ίσως λόγω έλλειψης εξαερισμού.

Très bon hôtel confortable aussi bien pour les adultes que les enfants et le personnel est très serviable et accueillant
Pros:

L’emplacement entre Elounda la ville et Ágios à proximité ! La proximité à la plage et le calme.

Cons:

Le fait que les femmes de ménages viennent dans la chambre malgré les ecrito ne pas déranger ou que l’on indique de ne pas entrer sans que ce soit respectée.

Os quartos são otimos, localização excelente. Apesar de ser meia pensão, a comida é bem ruim. Gosto de comida industrial

Pros:

It was last minute decision to return to Elounda Palm hotel and book private pool room . This quickly turned to be the best decision of our holidays. We were allowed early check in, our room was upgraded and we got complementary wine and fruits. Hotel has been renovated since we stayed there in 2021. Loved the vibe and did not want to leave. Highlight of our holiday.

A fantastic, relaxing stay with excellent staff, great facilities, and stunning views.
Pros:

Pool area was outstanding, the lunch menu was fantastic, and all of the staff were brilliant, especially Nikos, who was always so friendly and helpful. The hotel was really well looked after and felt more like a 5-star hotel than a 4-star, with great facilities and a breakfast that had loads of choice. The views were amazing and it had a lovely, relaxing feel, while Elounda town was only a 20-minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in the evenings.

Pros:

Séjour très relaxant, tout le personnel est efficace et tres sympathique. Les repas sont variés et très bons.
Hotel en taille « familial ».
Nous y étions déjà venu l’année passé et nous reviendrons lan prochain avec plaisir. On repart heureux avec un sentiment rare se bien être.
