Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein „Superior Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon“, traumhaft ruhig mit Blick auf Olivenbäumchen im Garten.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt.

la posizione è comoda, il personale molto accogliente e disponibile, la struttura ben curata sia all'interno sia all'esterno. ho solo pernottato e fatto colazione, nel complesso direi tutto bene.

Cons:

faceva molto caldo in stanza e non ho voluto disturbare per chiedere come accendere l'aria condizionata. il calorifero in bagno era acceso benché fuori ci fossero 26°C.

La mentalità della gestione dell'hotel è un serio limite. Lo staff della reception è stupendo
Pros:

Lo staff alla reception è stupendo, in particolar modo la receptionist straniera giovane che ho incontrato alla sera.

Cons:

Sgradevole che al buffet si debba essere serviti dal cameriere, e non sia self service. In sala colazione ho chiesto dove fosse il bagno e mi è stato detto di chiedere la chiave alla reception. Le pantofole non sono in camera, devi chiederle alla reception. Tutto ciò da l'idea che la gestione dell'Hotel ritenga di doversi tutelare dai comportamenti della clientela. Ma con chi sono abituati ad avere a che fare, con gli zulù?

Bella struttura posizionata nel verde.

Cons:

La colazione non era all’altezza della struttura. È la prima volta che trovo una cameriera addetta a gestire i piatti e quindi attendere per chiedere cosa mettere nel piatto. Di solito i clienti si servono da soli.
