Todo, desde las instalaciones, el personal, la limpieza… lo único que no usamos fue el spa así que no puedo opinar, lo demás de 10. Hay clases de yoga algunos dias y la sala la puedes usar cuando quieras. El horario de la piscina es amplio y está muy bien, tanto la piscina como el bar de la piscina. La comida muy buena y el entorno maravilloso. Relación calidad/precio creo que merece la pena.

Cons:

No tengo pegas, por poner una que la habitación era un poco oscura, pero tenía una terraza muy agradable (la nuestra además con jacuzzi.

Lovey hotel in beautiful surroundings, poor breakfast.
Pros:

The surrounding gardens were beautiful. The pool area is great with a heated pool with swim up bar. Also cold water pool and jacuzzi was also there. The rooms are a good size and loved the bathroom which is huge .

Cons:

On the first morning we had a great breakfast buffet which was included and was good as you could pick your choice of breakfast food. However on the rest of our stay we had a menu only option to choose from which was not very good and we were told anything extra we had to pay for. Now we booked this with the knowledge of expecting the buffet as offered and we felt annoyed that we would have to pay for anything extra . We were served old pastries and very bad coffee and bread was stale. This was disappointing and unacceptable.

Endroit exceptionnel avec vue sur le volcan Arenal, magnifiques jardins, membres du personnel réactifs avec une communication optimale entre eux. La propreté de notre bungalow était optimale. Nous avons eu un incident sur notre voiture et l’établissement s’est occupé de prévenir les différentes personnes pour gérer ce dégât. Nous les en remercions de nouveau

Pros:

Nos ha encantado la estancia. La ubicación es perfecta si buscas estar cerca del volcán sin alejarte del pueblo. Los desayunos buffet, muy buenos, y la atención al cliente inmejorable. Todo el equipo es de 10, pero queremos destacar especialmente a Manrique y a la chica que nos preparaba las tortillas cada mañana con una sonrisa.

Increíble estancia
Pros:

El hotel es espectacular. Está en un entorno precioso, selvático, a los pies del volcán, tiene unas instalaciones super bonitas. Las cabañas son super cómodas, bien equipadas y cuentan con deshumidificador lo cual ayuda mucho. El desayuno es buenísimo, el personal, las vistas. Increíble

We loved it and would go back in a second!
Pros:

The property is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and kind - Valentina especially is gem! She took the time to explain and to book us on tours that were perfect for us! We had a wonderful Love Ritual couple's chocolate massage, I did a magical morning yoga session, breakfast was varied and delicious, the heated pool in the rain was a memorable experience. Thank you everyone at Lomas for an incredible stay!

Cons:

We paid extra for a room with a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi, but the water leaked out of it so quickly we couldn't enjoy it for long. I would've appreciated some kind of compensation for not being able to use it.

Dream hotel right in front of Arenal Volcano
Pros:

This hotel is a dream. The surroundings are just stunning and the rooms are super clean and nice.
All the hotel personnel were so friendly and ready to help with anything you might need during your stay. Finally, don’t skip the breakfast here, it is amazing!
