Las instalaciones, habitación y piscinas espectaculares.

Cons:

Lo cierto es que, después de 15 días en Costa Rica y comparando con otros muchos hoteles,en términos generales el personal no es que fuese especialmente amable ni estaba muy pendiente de ti. Especialmente en el desayuno, que es cuando más interactúas. También hicimos una reserva de excursión y se equivocaron en el día de la reserva, lo resolvió la otra empresa del tour.

The property is beautiful and staff are helpful
Pros:

I like that they drive you to your room in a golf cart and help you with your bags. The view is nice and I like both balconies and the fact that there are porch lights. The swim up bar was pretty cool.

Cons:

There was a problem when checking out with my card even after I gave them both cards and showed proof of being charged before and during arrival. The drinks at the swim up bar are weak.

The grounds were amazing! Beautiful jungle plants, landscaped for privacy in each bungalow and well maintained. The view of the volcano cannot be beat! The incredible breakfast also had a fantastic view of the outdoors.
