Dream hotel right in front of Arenal Volcano
Pros:

This hotel is a dream. The surroundings are just stunning and the rooms are super clean and nice.
All the hotel personnel were so friendly and ready to help with anything you might need during your stay. Finally, don’t skip the breakfast here, it is amazing!

La atencion del personal, las instalaciones, las piscinas y el bar que tienen, la jardineria y toda la gastronomia.

Cons:

Nada, solamente por las lluvias hubo un problema en la zona con el servicio de internet y no hubo por dos dias, seria genial que tengan alguna alternativa de respaldo.

Wunderschöne Bungalows mitten im Dschungel mit direktem Tierkontakt von der Terrasse (Kolibris, Affen, Aguti), toller hoteleigener Trekking-Pfad, super freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, tolle Poolanlage. Als Familie mit Kindern (7 und 12) hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

Peaceful relaxing stay with family
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is set in a beautiful location surrounded by the rainforest with howler monkeys. We had our own private garden which was very peaceful and overlooked the volcano. This was our first accommodation which we travelled to straight from the airport and it was perfect, very relaxing and beautiful.
