Beautiful location, delicious food.
Water was yellow, my husband saw a sign regarding it. I didn’t know until I went to take a bath. Restaurant staff seemed tired.
I liked the building, the location and the breakfast. There is a nice shared room that was lovely to spend time in the evening.
We were in the room on the first floor and could hear walking above us. Floors were squeaking more than expected in the building of such kind.
Nothing
Kaffen udrikkelig. Brød industribrød.
Great location
It’s really just a travellodgr in an old building. It’s not great to get tainted water through the taps and the food in the restaurant (particularly starters) came straight out of a bag
The staff, comfortable bed, amenities, the extras they provided in the room.

I was impressed with the hotel overall. Room was nice, fabulous big bed and bathroom absolutely immaculate. Stunning location. Dog friendly with a welcome pack.
Breakfast, we ate at 8 am and the food had already been standing a while. It was ok, my husband liked it. I was hoping for fabulous given the price point.
Hotel très bien situé avec une jolie vue, lit confortable. Nous y avons bien diné et le petit déjeuner est correct.
Les parties communes de l’annexe sont très dégradées et sales. La salle de bains était minuscule.
Breakfast was ok- not enough fresh fruit and the coffee wasn’t great. Lovely cooked breakfast and porridge and pastries were excellent.
Great location if you plan on using the activity centre at Woodlands Glencoe as its literally next door which you can walk to.
Close to fort william, only 20 mins drive which was handy for a lot of activities including Ben Nevis, cable cars and the distillery.
There was no fridge in the room which was a shame as we would have liked to have put some cold cans and bottles in there.
There is no fresh milk and the livingroom was really warm a lot of the time.
Great location. The rooms in the West Wing are of a generous size and comfortable; as is the main lounge, pleasantly decorated and with games/books etc. Nice walks close by.
Over priced restaurant with a strange menu - certainly not a fish restaurant as it is called. We ate there once otherwise elsewhere.
Buffet style breakfast fell short of the quality expected.
Reception staff on arrival was dismissive. The dining room staff were pleasant but not trained or professional.
Parts of the hotel are looking very tired and need redecoration.
Otroligt mysigt hotell, vacker miljö och god mat.
