Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dinners were superb and at a reasonable price. Views outstanding. Excellent access to hiking trails, including to the valley side immediately above where the massive avalanch occured in May of 2025 that buried the village of Blatten. We wanted to see this site and observe the aftermath.

Cons:

It would have been helpful to know when we reserved the hotel that it requires a climb of about 100 meters (vertical) and half a kilometer (by the narrow road) from the top of the cable car to the hotel. We did not have heavy luggage and are hikers, so it was a surprise, but not a big deal. As there was not a good village map (or we missed it), we followed the signs to the hotel which took us up the hiking path (not the roadway). I understand that the hotel does not offer rides (village rules perhaps). I don't know if they would have gotten our luggage.

Wunderschöne und unvergessliche Ferien.
Pros:

Es war wunderschön. Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbares Morgenbuffet und Essen. Sehr sauber. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Mein Doppelzimmer war wunderschön mit herrlichem Ausblick in die Alpenlandschaft.

Cons:

Es gibt kein negativer Punkt.

Mooi hotel, comfortabel (zeker voor zo hoog op de berg!)

Pros:

Die Lage vom Wildi ist traumhaft - man hat viele tolle Wanderoptionen direkt bei der Haustür. Betty ist zudem eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück ist mega. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit - danke!

Cons:

Ich würde mir wünschen dass die Handtücher „modernisiert“ werden - dies wäre ein kleine Änderung mit grossem Effekt.
