Excelente hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal. Me hicieron sentir como si estuviera en casa. Una vez llegué me dieron bastantes recomendaciones para conocer en Akumal, junto con consejos de como transportarme por el sector. Y finalmente me dejaron quedarme unas horas más el último día, ya que mi vuelo salía hasta las 9 de la noche. Excelente hotel.

Basic essentials and clean
Pros:

Great small no frills hotel in the heart of the Pueblo.
Has a restaurant and bar downstairs where you can eat some food and drink a beer on the sidewalk out front
For me, it's an incredible value.

Cons:

There is nothing that "I did not like"
But the rooms are no frills. Just the basic necessities,
Bed, TV, full bathroom, refrigerator and a balcony!!
That's all I need

Pros:

It’s central location It was basic but good value for money. Host was extremely helpful

Cons:

Probably because it was basic but this was reflected in the price and good value for money

Lots of steps to get to the room but this was counteracted by having a small balcony and watching the towns life go by

Great value, Great people, Great food and great cold beer!!!

Room was fine for me.
As good or better than expected
Room was clean.
Restaurant and Cold beer down stairs w/ sidewalk tables and chairs
Food I had and saw being served was very good.
Bang for the buck.

Would definitely do it again.

A great option for an affordable Akumal stay
Pros:

A clean and comfortable place for an overnight stop. Rooms and showers basic but good for the price. Gabriel a hugely helpful and charming host.

Adequate accommodation for the price, but not near the beach area if that's what you're looking for.
Pros:

Gabby was a great host at El Ultimo Maya! He was quite welcoming and answered any questions I had about Akumal and things to do. The food in the restaurant was really good.
I was in a room on the first floor and enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs in the lounge area outside the rooms. The whole area was decorated with many beautiful plants.
The area the hotel was in is very quiet.

Cons:

The room I was in seemed a little run down and dark inside. This is not luxury accommodation.
I didn't realize it would be so far from the beach, but it was an easy enough 20 mins or so walk to get there.

Pros:

L'emplacement est un peu éloigné des plages mais ça se fait facilement en 30 min.
Au milieu du village, c'est sympa.
Endroit à privilégier pour les courts arrêts.

Cons:

La douche n'a pas de pression et pas forcément d'eau chaude.
Le lit n’est pas très confortable.
Il y a certainement un poulailler derrière la chambre.
