Pros:

Value for money, walking distance to ferry terminal and aircon is cold

Very disappointed with Management.1st day check in,no electric no water.We waiting almost 10 hours start 3pm to 12am still no feedback from Management Ambassador.Staff is very good still help all customer,but after staff call Management never pickup.Supposed, Ambassador management already know what must do it when facing like this problem.Honestly,I don't want come again & booking this hotel again.No responsibility no good feedback from Management.
