Spectacular.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Generous. Views obviously spectacular. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Advertising a coffee machine implies there is also coffee, but that came at an extra price so they should include at least 2 coffee pods for 2 coffees. The seat in the lounge room had broken straps on it which I thought was a bit shabby. The staff said they would respond to WhatsApp messages/questions until 10pm, but my question was never answered. I also thought the grounds in front of the beautiful mountain views could have been cleaned up a bit - there was a bit of rubbish out there. These are small things - overall everything beautiful.

Einfach unglaublich
Pros:

Man muss dieses Hotel wenigstens einmal gebucht haben. Es war einfach mega für uns. Der Ausblick hat alles getoppt. Ab 19 Ihr waren wir fast alleine auf dem Berg, weil die Tagestouristen die letzte Seilbahn nehmen mussten.
Wir hatten sogar Glück und es sind über Nacht 10 cm Schnee gefallen.
Über das Essen Brauch man sich auch keine Sorgen machen, uns hat alles geschmeckt.

The view and the room was great.

Cons:

Wish there were more options for food though as the menu was limited and somethings were missing from that limited menu too. Over all a great stay but carry some food just in case.

Pros:

Спасибо отелю за комплименты к 8 марта (набор косметики и фрукты), очень приятно. Захватывающие виды, красивый уютный номер.

Cons:

Завтраки за такую стоимость ужас. Омлет предлагался с грибами, перцем и помидорами. В итоге просто тонкий яичный блинчик без ничего. Заявленные в меню печеные перцы или овощи к глазунье также не подали. Гранола дешевая из коробки. Чай - пакетированный гринфилд.
В самом номере с чаем тоже проблема, нам положили всего два пакетика на двоих взрослых и ребенка. И это в отеле на горнолыжном курорте, где хочется согреться после ночных катаний. Чай то пакетированный можно не жалеть.
При выезде что-то напутали и потребовали заплатить дополнительно за мультипас, который мы не запрашивали.

Beautiful views, kind staff, and a really memorable mountain experience.
Pros:

Amazing mountain views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location at the top of Shymbulak is stunning and very peaceful.

Dirty windows in the house ruined the view, the administrator forgot to order breakfast for 09:00, and we had to wait. Waiters in dirty clothes and awful hats in the restaurant, it was cold and smelled of smoke in the restaurant. I’m ashamed of our service.
